As a 30 year graphic professional I was quite surprised at how they do business. Simply asking for a pricelist is a major agravation in which they want you to confirm patronage prior to even receiving any pricing. This is and has never been the way graphics and printing does business. I mean how many companies do you do business with before being provided the cost or even a quote?The bottom line is that their sales force creates a major barrier to entry in trying to do business with them, in fact this issue was created by the VP of Sales & Customer Experience showing that this is a company wide standard.I would highly recommend dealing with companies like GBC or even staples for you bindery needs as they understand how business is conducted unlike the experience you'll have with HOP.UPDATE: After posting my review I received the expected reply to try and push all responsibility for their downfall on to myself, TBH given the few interactions I have had with them I fully expected that reply. This should be taken as even more evidence to how they operate. Not only do they make it tough to even get simple prices, they seem to burn the bridge with the client completely. Keep in mind that as they described, all of this has transpired while trying acquire pricing to review the potential of becoming a customer.I again urge anyone reading this to contact another company and don't look back. Thank you

I was looking everywhere to get custom menus done for our board meetings but most places had really high minimum orders and charged a ton for printing. Luckily I found these guys, they had what I needed in stock and the printing didn't take long either!

Absolutely terrible service and people at this 'business' if you can even call it that. Never again.

These guys are bunch of liars. They waste our time and not sure what they are really doing there. They promise big but never have decency to call back ever. If the owner is reading this then this is for you -----> Teach your staff some manners especially your accounts manager named Janelle to have some shame before answering back without apology when you are wrong. Will never ever return back and so will all my friends and family. What a shame!!!

We order from this company regularly for our display needs which includes things like menu covers and brochure holders. We just ordered some menu covers and binders - our order arrived quickly and everything was done right.

Worst customer service ever!!!! As a former client they are rude, unprofessional and I can't believe they even have a business. Don't do business with them. If i could give this company no stars I would.
