Service is great and the products are available quickly (48h) even the weekends. Great selection. However, prices aren't competitive.

Terrible Service, could not care less about their Customers. I could not recommend less. If you want to have your stores 3 weeks later than promised and have them do almost nothing about it go there.

One of the worst places for customer service. You wait and wait and wait and... They dont know so they tell you to talk to othe person. And then you wait again... Very expensive place. Not worth it.

At first glance, it seemed to be a great place with a lot of variety and quality.However, we quickly found out that the salesperson was selling and not listening to our needs.We specifically asked for the prices of two blinds and ended up with three options, including two we did not want and couldn't take notes to talk it over with my spouse.(I hate buying under pressure)Next time, when the client asks for a specific option and adds that he's in a hurry, don't show him around the store and not give him what he wants in the end.We'll just go elsewhere next time.But I gave it 3 stars because some might like that style of customer service.Cheers,

Our representative is not receptive. We did not receive the right remote 1 instead of 15 waves and no valance for the master bedroom so the Installer said he cannot install it and we are moving in on Thursday .when I called at noon Alexandra she was out for lunch and I called back at 4 pm and I told her that I left a message and she told me that the day is not finished and after she tells me it will take 4 days to get the parts and we are moving in on Thursday . If it was of me I would return everything but since it’s made to mesure we cannot return. I will never deal with this company and they are fast in saying pay your balance to get an appointment to get a date of I stall even if they were ready 2 weeks before we needed them. It is not worth to add more but if I do not get it before Saturday I will add allot more
