I LOVE the clothes, fabrics, styles and fit. Unfortunately, the customer service in that store is HORRIBLE to the point that I dread going in there. They literally will ignore you, roll their eyes and give you dirty looks. Club Monaco you should be ashamed of your customer service. This happens 99% of the times I have been in there so its not an isolated case, it is consistent horrible customer service. If I am willing to pay $200 for a blouse, I expect good customer service. Shame.

Clothes are great. Customer service is very poor. All the stuff chatting around register even though there are a bunch of customers in store. (At least 6 customers in store)

Home to some of the greatest apparel & customer service I found in years. Only after I got back home did I fully realize how good the products are & how well they fit me. I've been a long-time, loyal shopper at Club Monaco, online and in person. Just because I happen to stop in to browse at new arrivals in workout wear, should not give employees a reason to obviously be profiling me.From the judgmental looks and fake, snarky comments, customer service" here is extremely poor compared to the Robson location
