No service at all. Almost the same thing costs 3 times more than other suppliers. Is it reasonable to charge a high restore fee even if you return the products after 10 minutes because the price is too high?

I was at this location couple days back and walked out in just 5 mins without purchasing anything. I don't think it hurts being a bit friendly and\or helpful. All I asked was, do you have bathroom copper bathtub drain\backflow in black color? The staff looked at me and said, i've never heard of black color, and i don't know what your asking. So if I have black faucets, what are my options, i asked. To this he replies, i will have to make a special order for black and you need to do your own research. I was a bit irked by his response, but he wasn't mean or rude. Apparently, he wouldn't help me or ask what my needs are but indicated to do my research. I left and went to EMCO, and asked for the same item...and left buying the product in 5 mins. To the staff of Next Plumbing, just help your customers if they know or don't know a lot of plumbing accessories. You will only get more customers by being polite and friendly.

Customer service is lacking not helpful make it seen like there doing you a favor by selling to you won't be coming back

Absolutely no interest in helping....I guess limited knowledge. Will never return or recommend to colleagues.Complete waste of my time and money.
