Town Care Walk-in Clinic

I visited this clinic for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. swiftly and amicably. As soon as I went in, the receptionist immediately registered me. In less than ten minutes, I saw the nurse. My visit with the doctor was cordial and considerate. I appreciate your excellent service.

I really appreciate their service,I was in and out in an hour .They were really very helpful and doctor was very professional.I recommend it more than the other walk-in clinics in this area.

Amazing staff, best walk in experience I’ve had. All young and inspired staff. Was in and out.. how a walk in should be! My whole experience was less than 30minutes! (Sign in, nurse, doctor, & getting my prescription) will definitely come back

Went to go see Dr.Khan.Really great doctor very personable and understanding. Referred me to a dermatologist on the spot with no hesitation to ensure my spot come Monday. Dr.Khan easily reminded me of a Jedi Knight with the way he carefully guided me and made sure that my health was on the good side of the force and that's coming from a Mandalorian. Thanks Dr.Khan and the friendly staff! Would definitely be coming back. May the Force be with you.

Was trying find a walk-in open Sundays that’s close to home as I work at 2 jobs. Happen to come across this clinic while doing a Google search . I’m extremely happy I found it . The staff are friendly and professional. Excellent service ; highly recommended. Even the staff at the adjoining pharmacy are friendly . Many thanks for all of your hard work and dedication.Greatly appreciated.

Such a good place!! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. This place is operated organizedly with efficiency. The lady at the front desk is so warm. She told me how many people ahead of me so I would have ideas about how long I would have to wait. Doctor is very warm and nice. He smiled all the time and showed his care.The only thing you need to concern is parking. No free parking but only a few paid parking cross the street. There is a parking lot beside the building (need to pay) but a bit distance to the clinic.

The only lacking of this clinic is that they are not a family medicine practice - who would go elsewhere otherwise! It's a fantastic group of people running this clinic. Pleasant reception experience, and always a good and knowledgeable conversation with the nurses and doctors. Each of them is so kind and caring with the patients.

This walk-in clinic is small and tight, but clean.The receptionist and nurse were nice and there’s also a pharmacy - very convenient.Unfortunately, Dr. Waheed Khan forgot that I was a patient and not his personal assistant.He wanted me to seat on the bed and ordered me to get the stool so I could go up. Unfamiliar with the room and a little dizzy, I couldn’t find the stool and he got snarky with me. RUDE..

This clinic was my favourite at one point (a year ago) until possibly new staff, I am not sure but the wait times now are horrible. I came from Ellesmere health group clinic originally because their wait times were disgusting, (2-3 hours) with once available; Dr. Abunara or whatever would diagnose in 1 minute and dismiss without even paying attention. Now I’m sad to say this clinic as well exceeds hour wait times with the assistant saying it will only be 30 minutes. I came for something so small, just needed 5 mins and medicine but had to wait for patients who took hours inside. Also patients that came after me as first time patients were some how permitted to go prior. Not good. Won’t be coming back!

I am grateful to meet Dr. Khan at Town Care Medical Clinic. He provided me incredible care . Dr Khan's thorough examination and attention to detail left me feeling incredibly thankful. His recommendation for a blood test get a comprehensive understanding of my condition. Thanks to his precise evaluation. His insight in recognizing the cause of my back pain and referring me for physiotherapy was truly invaluable. Thus, I had speedy recovery.
