I waited almost a month for my garment to be ready and not only was the stain on my garment not removed, new stains appeared on it and the owner refused to take responsibility and instead just said that because he didn’t charge me I should just take it back which does not account for the damage that has been done to my expensive clothing . Extremely unprofessional, would be better off washing it yourself

I brought my old, well-worn pair of leather boots here and he did wonders to re-dye and fix them! Great repair job on my partner’s boots as well. Wonderful service and detailed attention. Thank you for reviving our old boots. We’ll be back again!

Don't cut your key here.Look at the picture that I uploaded to see how different they are.(If the owner sees this, and still thinks it is not your fault, you may doesn't even know what the shame is.)I purchased a remote 2 in 1 key for $20 online, and key cutting for another $20 at this store then it messed up.After the cutting was done, the ignition was OK, but didn't work for doors which is weird. Anyway... since it has remote access, I accepted it.. didn't want to argue...The next day... surprisingly, even the ignition also didn't work so I visited the store and explained.He kept saying it wasn't his fault because the ignition was OK... And trying to offer a normal key blade instead of a refund.I said I don't want the normal blade and asked refund, but he just offer me half refund, $10.Again, don't want to keep arguing for $10.. so just got out of the store... in total, I lost $30 at this store.

Rude owner. The conversation went like this:Me: Hi, how much is it to put a rubber on a heel?Owner: $35 italian rubberMe: Okay! thanks for letting me know, bye (I try to leave now)Owner: How much you want?!Me: No no, it's okay! Thank you! (I don't want to haggle, I continue walking to the door)Owner: 30? 10?Me: OkayOwner: (He makes go away" motion)Excuse me? Was all that necessary? I already said I didn't want the service and was trying to leave and you call me back to offer a fake price to sass me for no reason?I bought my shoes for $35 at an outlet

Very nice people, but I'm very disappointed with the quality of the job. They charged $30 for changing the zipper on a boot. Never mind the pricing, it took them 4 days to complete it. I left it with them on Monday, December 17 around 12 pm and had to literally beg to complete it by Thursday. Most of shoe repairing devices call you in a couple if hour or the next day. I would highly recommend to ask for a sample of the job done before leaving your shoes for repair. See the pictures attached

This amazing couple can fix absolutely anything and they always do it with a smile. I have lost count of how many pair of shoes and boots or items of clothing I have had fixed and altered here. I no longer live in the close to them but still drive to go there for all my repair needs. Thank you for your amazing service and your lovely attitude all these years :)

I needed a key cut and discovered a whole world of other friendly possibilities behind this little kiosk right on Yonge Street. The owner was extremely helpful and proudly advised they also provide shoe repair and tailoring. I plan to go back to take advantage of their other services. This shop is a model for small businesses everywhere and a reminder to support them every chance we get. Thank you ABBA!

Thank goodness this sort of place still exists in this town. During the past years they have fixed all sorts of clothing items for me at a reasonable price and not one of the repairs has come apart yet.God bless. 5/5.

I came here just a while ago to exchange my watch's battery and the experience I had was amazing.I went there, told them that I came for a watch battery exchange and they looked at my watch, told me the price, and an estimate of 15 minutes for it to be done. They provided me with a chair to sit while I wait and they even offered to give me coffee as well. They were extraordinarily friendly, kind, and professional.The job was done in much less than the estimate (maybe a maximum of 5 minutes) and I was highly satisfied with the quality of service I recieved.
