I recently renovated my condo in Comox. I was not looking forward to the disruption this would cause. All the flooring had to be updated. This involved removing the laminate and carpets and replacing this with luxury vinyl tile and new carpet. As I initiated this process Mr Justin Rowley of United Floors in Courtenay was helpful.Ms Linzie Heffernan, Interior Designor and Mr Rowley guided my choices. The bedroom and den need a high grade carpet, one that would be soft and yet serviceable. The other areas needed a surface that would show well and be easy to maintain. And it would have to last me for the rest of my life.I was able to take samples home. I could ask questions. There was a lot to know. And I needed help to select suitable backsplash tiles. And there were problems related to the baseboards.The installation was completed by an independent flooring installer. Throughout this process Mr Rowley was helpful and patient. I relied on his expertise and I am glad I did.The flooring is now completed. The luxury vinyl tiling is easy to clean and keep clean. The backsplash tiles were actually manufactured in Spain. They are a delight to look at and I appreciate their quality and artistry.I want to thank Mr Rowley for his patience and expertise. He was available time and time again as the flooring project progressed. United Floors is lucky to have him…and maybe he deserves a raise.The pricing was fair and did not change throughout the project. Delivery of materials happened in a timely manner. The flooring and carpets and tiles I purchased were of a high quality and available as they were needed. Again I thank you for your products and your service.

Hands down, this place has the best service in The Valley. When I first visited it was the first time during our renovations that I didn’t feel like a dollar sign as soon as I walked through the doors.Their team helped us pick out the perfect floors and even helped answer all of our questions about installation/subfloors/etc. Don’t forget to check out their area rugs while you’re in, they’ve got lots!Thanks so much United Floors Courtenay team! ❤️

I was looking for a discontinued product and live in the Lower Mainland.. I called the store and asked if I could have it shipped. Tracy went out of her way to help me and made sure I got the right product, checked shipping costs and checked for me that the website had updated with a new shipment. I recieved my order within a few days. Best customer service ever!

Following a significant water break in our patio home. we found ourselves faced with replacing most of the flooring. A majority of the costs were to be borne by our insurance company but we also had United (UF) do some other areas which we covered. UF assisted in co-ordinating the payments. We found Allan and his colleagues very helpful in exploring our options and making a decision on material and scheduling. The installation process went very smoothly. The workers were diligent, polite, and professional and the results are to our total satisfaction. Tony's work on the crawl space hatch cover and around the fireplace hearth was exceptional. Al & Anthony, we’re very helpful in putting new flooring in my house. Showed me lots of different options and showed me what was best for me. They also have a great selection of tile. I did my back splash and shower.

Dealing with this outfit was a pleasure from start to finish. Friendly, helpful and not at all pushy, they made the process both easy and fun. Would highly recommend dealing with these guys over Nufloors, where my experience was far less satisfactory.

From the beginning of our floor journey to the end install, United Floors were exceptional. The floors looked better than we could have imagined. The service from the front desk, the person who came over to measure, our sales rep who coordinated the installers were all super nice and always kept us in the loop. I want to thank Anthony for his excellent service. He has been so professional and helpful in getting our beautiful new floors installed.
