Went to Advance Coin yesterday to get a price for some rings, was told 2/3 were not real diamonds, mostly fake, therefore he would not give me much for them. Proceeded to a reputable Jewelers and they are all diamonds and of good quality. They did the test in front of me, I had appraisals that showed they were real and confirmed. What does everyone think? Not happy at all with them.

I spoke to the young man on the phone briefly and within 30 min of sending clear text pictures and detailed information about my ring I was given a loan quote that was exactly what I wanted. When I got to the store he thanked me for being patient and said because I gave him such a detailed and accurate information and pictures I made his day lol. I would do regular business with this gentleman.

Rating 5 star so it’s at the top..Guy was nice, cool people.But they will definitely lowball, if you come in looking & not experienced.(Which makes sense, any businesses like this)Came in with 100oz .9999. silver.Coming in as if I have no idea.Spot prices is about $31 cad-About $1.03 per gram.Dude prices are $0.45-0.50 per gram.1950s silver bullion J&J- recognized bullion - at regular rate is $3100+He says “$1500”, but maybe lower because “it’s not full silver”When I know it’s full silver

I’ve only used their services twice - first time great - they were very easy to talk with and advised me of how everything works (my first time at a pawn shop) the second time even better - I was late to pick up my jewelry (over a week) but it was still there to be picked up even though it didn’t have to be - I would definitely recommend advanced coin and pawn as they are friendly and very helpful

I live in Montreal and saw the listing of one of their items for sale posted online. Contacted Billy and he took the time to capture several pictures and sent them to me via sms so I can have a more accurate idea if the item’s condition. In the beginning I was worried to make an E-Transfer of the amount but after I spoke to him over the phone I felt more comfortable. He shipped the item the next day and I got it within two business day. It was a pleasure to work with Billy. I recommend this business!

Excellent customer service! Billy was honest, attentive, and efficient. The pricing was fair and I'm quite happy with my purchase! They have a lot of knick knacks in the store of various household items. I recommend asking to hold the items you are looking for if you see it on Facebook marketplace. These are genuinely some of the friendliest and most honest people I've ever met. Not what you'd expect from your typical pawn shop. I have to give a huge thanks to BILLY. The product I purchased here wasn't as I expected but Billy drove over 30 minutes out of his way to my house to personally give me a full refund. This drastically exceeds any expectations I had for customer service. These people built their business on honesty and that's why it's always busy inside. On a side note, I commuted over 90 minutes (each way) to get here because their deals were so great. A++ you have to check them out!
