Purchased my Ram 2019, 1500 new. First issue was a broken windshield at about 30k. Not the dealers fault of course (highway rock) but upon replacement the guy across the road at apple said you are registered as having auto windshield sensors that are here but never installed. They were never installed and never quality checked at the dealer? At 63000 noticed rear bumper was forming multiple rust spots (pictures attached.) I was told by Cambridge to go to Kitchener for warranty. Warranty denied even with a 160k corrosion warranty and told it's only covered to 60k?. Was told they are stone chips. On my rear bumper?? I66000 air conditioner stops working. Dealer....Sorry, no warranty after 60 k. At this point pretty sure ram truck are lemons...Just avoid at all costs. No followup. Sell you something without quality control. Rust forming after 3 years. AC broken just after warranty expires. Will post more as the journey continues. Everybody said dodges are pretty to look at but just wait. Feeling the pain already at 66k. Update..AC compressor gone at 66k

Gareth was super nice! He provided a good price, was patient with questions and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He was also not pushy, and did not try to take advantage of us because of our younger age. We need more salesman like him in the world!

If I could give the service experience no stars I would. Service appointment for first thing in the morning. We drop it off the night before.Hear nothing, at all, by 2:30 pm. I reach out first by text, then by phone. Takes nearly 1.5 hrs to get a call saying nothing has been done to the car can they keep it over night.Service was booked for this day because we need it the next day!Do not recommend. Will not be returning.
