They handle your repair process very professionally from your first interaction to your last. Truck was previously in for new windshield and hood through insurance and not long after my tab for my sliding rear window broke off! Even though it was such a small and easy fix they re-attached it for free even though it wasn't their fault

Took a month for them to look at my car after they said “it’ll take 2 weeks at most”. I was lucky my insurance company covered the rental bill in the mean time… how can it take a month to create a quote when you have multiple garages to do multiple cars at a time? It’s a quote not even a repair!

I have never been treated so good as at Assured would like to give them a 10+ they answer any questions so helpful and repairs to my truck were amazing I would recommend Assured top notch service all around thankyo for restoring my baby back to perfect looking thanks again

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service I received. It was a real team effort and made for a wonderful experience all around.Christy, Kim and Brian were diligent in their efforts in reaching out to me, both at home and at work to arrange for a time to bring the car in for repairs. They were all so helpful and informative.The Auto Tech Michael did an amazing job with the repairs and the Painter Wayde was top notch with his blending and colour matching.The finishing touch was complimented by Haedyn and Jim who did a stellar job on the inside interior. It looked like a new car out of the showroom.The expectation was that I would have my car back after the Christmas holidays but to receive a call on Dec 23rd, saying I could pick up my vehicle on the 24th at 11:00, well it just added to their level of service.The whole Team worked together like a fine oiled machine. They were welcoming, professional, organized and delivered great workmanship.

Huge thanks to Rhiannon and all Assured Automotive staff for their excellent customer service and getting my car repaired in less than a week!I was frustrated and stressed out after my car was hit. When I went for the damage assessment, Rhiannon was very positive and understanding. She helped me through the entire process, from insurance to arranging a rental car, and she went above and beyond to ensure my car is fixed as soon as possible. Overall, it was a seamless experience.

EDITED: Very professional company to deal with, and my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Other companies I have dealt with in the past ensured they cleaned up after themselves though and detailed the interior of vehicle Assured Automotive did not do this to be clear. I wasn't a fan of finding a pair of dirty mechanics gloves in my backseat but otherwise good company. However the company saw this original review and called me to see what they could do to fix the problem. They ended up redetailing my vehicle free of charge. I really appreciate the customer service and follow up.
