The worst service you can get is from this agency, the website is complicated and not clear , their customer service is terrible and abnoxious ( you wait almost 2 hours to speak to an unfriendly agent) if I can give them minus 5 stars I would, and I can tell you for sure that the worst thing that could happen to somebody is to deal with this entity

I have tried for 3 months to report someone who hasn't had their child for 2 years but still getting benefits... Rervenu Canada keeps me on hold for over 1 hour, in which my phone dies even after charging it all day... I just can not believe that they do not care where their money goes!!! Disgusting... they do not care nor have they responded to ANY of my emails...
