Excellent staff in the cosmetics. Very pleased with the service I receive at this location. Staff is warm and personable.

Worst worst experience with customer service. Today i went to but some present for my friend birthday from cosmetics section. But there was no one in that section to assist me, only one security guard was standing over there. So, he called the lady how was working for cosmetic and wait for 15-20 mints no one show up to help me. Then, I randomly picked someone and ask them to please give me a cardboard bag and some tissue but the security guard and there other guy at other counter had no idea what to do. Then, cosmetic lady come and start yelling at me that I should wait if there is no one at section to help you. I was just asking for cardboard box and tissue paper and help me to pay for the stuff that i want to buy but she was rudely talking to me. I would never go this location again ever worst. Need to learn some customer service. Wasted my 30 mints to buy one thing. Start respecting your costumers without that your store is nothing.

I’ve been trying to call for 2 days now and no answer, last week when I spoke to the pharmacy they were so rude!

Like all shoppers across the country.Came here for aloe VeraThis location was open late which was great.Ample enough parking.Clean storeI used self check out so no staff interactions to comment on.

Phone rang for about 12 minutes before I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Tried calling the pharmacy 6 times throughout the day, never actually spoke to anyone. Went in person to see 4 staff sitting on benches giggling and talking, and one employee actually doing anything, which is actually pretty standard operating for this business. My advice is to use the save-on pharmacy at the end of 22nd by Wal-Mart, or just literally any other pharmacy. It will take hours to get a hold of staff at shoppers, then an hour to fill a prescription that takes most other locations 15 minutes.

The store open on their own Convenience, even tough their opening time is 8:00am. Couldn’t get through the doors on a Monday morning. I hope they respect their own schedule.

my husband called to talk to a pharmasist about his prescription. was put on hold for 28 minutes and still no one talked to him. I then tried to call customer service to see why pharmacy didnt respond and waited 8 minutes for someone to answer customer service . it is terrible trying to call this store. any staff out front are busy helping the self checkout counter,by scanning their purchases and bagging them for the customer,while cash paying customers are waiting at an abandoned til. I am moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy that looks after their customers. I have shopped Shoppers for the last 45 years, but because of lack of service , will not shop here again.

I accidentally lost my prescription so I got the nurses to fax it in. 3 hours later I called to check and you claim you don't have it. This is the 2nd time you've lost" a fax prescription of mine. Not very professional."

We came to this place for the passport picture the guy who unfortunately turn into assistant manager he said no first although I called them, they said yes on the phone but the assistant manager MR Golam said no we don’t take on holidays which seems to me unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to take pictures and do stamping on the back properly although their cashier know this work properly I have 6 year old son who need the passport picture he did harassment on him and scared him by saying annoyingly and in angrily aloud voice that don’t move sit straight don’t touch chair etc my Son was crying in the car and scared. Assistant manager doesn’t know how to treat customers and how to speak properly for my opinion he should do the mopping the floor if not then he needs to get more professional education about how to treat the customer.

I had a really good experience at this location! Everyone was super friendly when I walked in. There was a bit of a line but everyone was in a good mood. Specifically Shanna was super helpful! I came in right before close and she was patient and accommodating.I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
