I’ve been here many times and used to love Flora and recommend them to all my friends and guests. However, considering their prices are some of the highest in town - I have a hard time recommending Flora anymore.Their customer service used to be top notch to justify the pricing, the experience made it worth the extra bit! Now…….I would say if it’s closer for convenience then sure, but their customer service is nothing close to what it used to be.You either end up with someone who is knowledgeable and passionate, or someone who clearly looks like they would rather be anywhere else, doing anything else, and gives you attitude to boot as if you coming in was the inconvenience to their scroll session.Not everyone needs to love their job, but the fact that customer service has become so inconsistent and management acknowledges this but I’ve seen no change in 6 months. This means I can no longer recommend Flora for those reasons and I myself will no longer be shopping here.I would give their current customer service a solid 1 on some days and 5 on others, hence 3 stars.

For the most part had great experiences shopping here. Even though they cost more then anyone else it was far more convenient to shop here based on my location. Went in today to buy, forgot my wallet at work over the weekend but I am a frequent flyer and had photos of my ID's on my phone just in case. 100% my fault I forgot it and I know but based off that I'm in there every week basically and I had photos of them that they would be more accommodating but they weren't and refused to serve to me. Pretty sure the employee that was working had IDed me earlier in the month as well. Again my fault I didn't bring my wallet and they do not have to serve me but they could have, Not like I have never been there before and I also had photos of my stuff as well. The sarcastic laugh from the employee as well when I told him I have photos wasn't needed as well. WILL NOT be back to shop here. Cheeba Cheebas is by far a better place to shop with better pricing

I’ve been here many times, bought a variety of cartridges and had a very good experience but a few days ago I asked for a cartridge that was suitable for nighttime use and the cartridge that they gave me was a THC+CBD+CBG cartridge which I had never used before and interestingly, it almost gave me more energy than coffee. I went there today and asked if I could exchange it with another cartridge as I paid $50 for it and used it 3 times max. Wendy was super rude with me and didn’t even listen to me properly and she immediatly said she can’t help me if the cartridge is working. She even said that I smoked half of it and now I am trying to return it while the cartridge was basically full. I said that it is ridiculous she is talking to a customer this way when it was their fault that they sold me the wrong product and on top of everything, she said “Yeah Canada is a ridiculous place to be in”, given that my accent is foreign. She then corrected herself and said that she was talking about taxes in Canada, which had nothing to do with what I was saying. I have never ever left a review complaining about an employee before but this racist behaviour is UNACCAPTABLE. Her co-worker Kyle heard this too and even said he is sorry and that it has been a long day. If my comment gets deleted, I will post it again and take things further.
