It was such a great experience on my pregnancy journey to found my home. Dr. Dzineku and Dr. Roumain and the whole team are very professional and compassionate on what they do. For a first time mom, uncertainty and anxiety related to pregnancy will always be a problem but thankfully the team made it easier for me to handle. They are so comforting, friendly and organize with the appointments. They also made sure that the environment is safe amidst the pandemic. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If you are planning to get pregnant, I would never hesitate to go and choose them. ❤️

Regardless of the outcome, I have had nothing but the best experience from Tripod Fertility. Prior to becoming a patient, I worked with 2 other clinics. In comparison, the level of genuine care, knowledge and passion for what they do surpassed all my other experiences. From the receptionist to the nurses and ultrasound tech and everyone in between, I was treated with the utmost care. My journey felt like our journey. Thank you for making this experience one I will never forget. ❤️

Went here because I thought a Fertility Clinic could help me. Do not go here if you have POI or wanting to have normal periods or normal pregnancy. Doctor will just shut you down and say there’s nothing they can do but go through IVF or egg donation - won’t even try to request lab works or try to dig deep in what causes an infertility. My appointment felt rushed.

I had called the clinic a few times over a couple days with some questions prior to my referral, but no one ever picked up. When I emailed them with the questions they did reply right away. After my referral they communicated with me via email and booked an appointment and sent me a video link. I had my consultation with the doctor which was fine, although I felt it was a bit rushed. The doctor was 20 minutes late to the video conference which I totally understand but our first consult was only around 15 minutes. The doctor told me I would receive some forms via email which they did send but ended up going to my spam. Throughout the whole process no one called/contacted me even once to remind me of my appointment or follow up after my consultation or check in when I hadn’t returned the forms yet. Going through this process is confusing, so overall I think they could improve their communication with patients. If you are going through fertility treatment and just have a quick question about your medication or your appointment and can’t get a hold of anyone, that would be very stressful. I am sure they are very busy, but it would be nice to be able to talk to a real person once in a while or feel like they care enough to check up on you. Just a note for improvement.

I met with Dr. Dzineku at one of the lowest points in my life. Truly God sent a doctor. I have had 4 losses by that time - two second trimester, one 3rd trimester and biochemical pregnancy. I went through 2 fertility clinics, which did very basic thrombophilia and immunological testing, and found nothing except thyroid antibodies. So they recommended either try again" or ivf with genetic screening. However

Dr. Dzineku and his staff are absolutely fantastic! The receptionists are very easy to communicate with and ALL the nurses are empathetic and very supportive.We have had some hiccups with this journey over the years which have been difficult but we're back on track again.We have been under the care of Dr. Dzineku for many, many years and although we haven't had our miracle baby, we are well on our way with the help of this clinic.

Dr. Dzineku took a chance on me when no other doctors would. My case is very tricky and he has been patient, honest and innovative in his approach. Many IVF clinics only care about their success rate and if it's unlikely to work with conventional approaches, they wont bother. Tripod is different. Despite knowing I have a poor prognosis, I really wanted to be able to at least try IVF. I had multiple consultations with Dr. Dzineku and he monitored until he thought we had the best chance of success. He never pushed me into anything I didn't want to do, was very patient with my situation, listened to my concerns and advised me with his expertise. The nurses are so amazing, kind and take the time to explain everything to you. I am still doing treatment but I specifically wanted to make this review before it's done because I don't want my review to only reflect whatever result comes of the treatment. Regardless of the result, the Tripod team has been absolutely amazing and I am so thankful they took a chance on treating me.

Fantastic clinic and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this clinic and their nursing team is the sweetest! They go above and beyond and do their best. They are results based and are one of the few clinics that specialize in immune protocol. During my FET I was set up for success right from the beginning. Even my acupuncturist was impressed with the medications they had me on and said that he wished most clinics used that protocol. 10/10 for me

We are so grateful for Dr. Dzineku and the Tripod Team for everything they have done for us. I don’t think I can write a review good enough to encompass how amazing they are, and how amazing they made such a terrible experience as infertility. Our previous experience at One Fertility (Kitchener) was so poor, I had almost lost hope in ever starting our family. Switching to Tripod was the best decision we made. Their patient care from reception, to ultrasound, to nurse, to doctor is amazing. It is clear that they prioritize having knowledgable and caring staff. We felt so supported by the entire team, and always felt like there was someone happy to answer any questions we had. If they ever didn’t have the answer to a question, they would consult with the doctor and get back to me promptly. We never felt like we were left hanging for information, which is such an important part of this process. At our previous clinic, it felt like access to the Doctor was nearly impossible, this was never the case at Tripod.As for Dr. Dzineku himself, he is easily the best doctor I’ve ever had. His personality made appointments enjoyable, he always remembered who we were and the details of our case. He was always very professional during procedures, yet was able to keep it light-hearted at the same time. His knowledge and confidence always put me at ease, and his sense of humour kept me calm. His willingness to think outside of the box was essential, I believe it is what brought us the success we had. We went from 0 embryos doing IVF with One Fertility, to now being 24 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy at Tripod.

Dr. Dzineku, Dr. Roumain and the whole staff at Tripod Fertility are amazing. After years of not getting pregnant and questioning if it would ever happen, we met this team. They never let us get discouraged. They're honest, but help you see the positives in all treatments and things they find. We just welcomed our perfect, beautiful baby boy into the world and we have the Tripod team to thank. You will feel comfortable and welcomed by every single person at Tripod Fertility. They truly are the best.
