DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYThey do not stand behind there work.They did a retaining wall for us, it retained nothing. The first storm washed out behind the wall.He never came back.Kevin the owner can not be trusted.AGAIN I WORN YOU DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

KADA helped us installed a new 1500 gallons septic tank system and beside Kevin also helped us to take down our old block barn and remove 8 inch of soil. I got to say it is a fast and clean job. This company have plenty of good equipment and machinery to do the job right. Everything is on time as schedule. These people are very nice and easy to deal with, and one thing I liked about them is they clean up the place when job is done, left no mess behind! Call KADA first before you go elsewhere, I am sure you'll be happy.

Kevin and his crew are very professional and kept us informed at all times as we were not on site. They did a terrific job and we would recommend them 100%.

Kevin did what he said he would do from start to finish. I have worked with other contractors who should take lessons from him in how to do it right. Kevin and his crew work hard and are a pleasure to deal with. The final product is wonderful. I would work with this firm again in a heartbeat.

Kevin and his crew did a great job clearing our land and laying down the footing for our paddock. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner and for a competitive price. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Should we need assistance with our projects in the future, we won’t hesitate to call KADA Excavation first.

We gained 1200 Square feet having this breakwall installed Owner Kevin works very well and respects his staff. .He is a hands on boss and even drives and assists his workers I would recommend his services highly Thanks Kevin for all you and your staff have done to improve our property

Their work is excellent and I highly recommend this company. The employees are very highly skilled and pay attention to every detail. The owner ensures that they work 'clean' and leave the project so that there is barely a trace of where they worked. Very satisfied with their work.

In March of 2022 we contracted KADA Excavation to install 75 feet of armour stone retaining wall which included 2 layers of 4ft height material and a set of stone stairs. During the excavation of the wall the KADA crew severed our well water line resulting in our water pump to run dry. This incident occurred despite the fact Kevin was provide with detailed illustrations of where the line was located. While the KADA crew repaired the line our pump was irreparably damaged resulting in us having to replace it with a new one at considerable cost ($1,200). In addition Kevin and crew were supposed to build stone steps integrated with the wall that had clean 90 degree cuts but instead he decided to leave these uncut resulting in an organic unfinished pattern. When asked to fix this he said he couldn’t after they had been placed within the wall. In April 2022 Kevin DeGazio (owner KADA) requested that we pay him in full for the job with an understanding that he would complete the east corner of the wall with two 4 ton stones which is the equivalent of 5 feet. Kevin said he would come back in a month and place two rocks temporarily to ensure there would not be any erosion runoff and then would come back in September 2022 to complete the corner. Kevin did not come back with the rocks or complete the work in September as he committed to. During this time we also discovered, after a storm, that the KADA crew buried piles of rip rap under our beach and the neighbours beach resulting in piles of sharp rocks exposed on the surface. We followed up with Kevin again after he failed to deliver his promise to show up in September and he said he would now complete the work in October and clean up the exposed rocks. Unfortunately Kevin did not show up in October to finish the job and is now, not returning our calls. Overall the wall looks great , just unfinished leaving the corner exposed and unsafe with run off and erosion.Our expectation is that Kevin would make good on his promise to complete the work as he was paid in full and If this can’t be accomplished then we expect to be compensated $10,000 (cost of material, wall and pump) so we can pay another contractor to finish the wall and would also cover the costs of our damaged pump.

Awful company that doesn't respect town bylaws and goes past noise laws everyday. Your workers are slow and disturbing and your dump truck drivers are disrespectful and block our driveway and park illegally everyday for the past 2 weeks. I will be contacting the town and making a formal case against your company.EDIT: They have hit a gas line which left our street without heating all night. Real professionals here at KADA! Slowest workers imaginable!
