Good and inviting organization. Zooms to keep everything clean and efficient. Main building has the Terry Fox memorial on its pre existing which is worth checking out.

Not much there but neat to check out the Terry Fox statue. If you walk along further you can hike all the way up to signal Hill and tons of views of the harbor
