Very thin walls. Was kept up half the night by someone walking back and forth in their room. Room was dirty, and mini fridge had a funky odour

It doesn't look like much, isn't in a posh location (they lock their door at night) and doesn't have a pool, but it has excellent service and reasonable rates. I appreciated their friendly, helpful, and humane employees. They have nice clean rooms, including smoking rooms that allow pets. I stayed here a few nights recently with my chihuahua pug, and I was so grateful to them for not being ridiculously priced and allowing my dog to smoke inside. AFinally, they include breakfast which is a very decent spread. I didn't expect to need a hotel, but I'm glad I found this one when I did.

We always come back here the rooms are so clean beds so comfortable service top notch and its affordable. Its close to the grocery store and restaurants cant ask for more. We love to come here they always recognize us and its always clean inside. The fridge was handy but we do miss microwaves but our trip was cut short due to work so no biggie and we will always come back.

This is probably the worst place you can choose in Edmonton. We can start with the misleading photos. When booking my room on Expedia, it showed me nicely renovated suites. That was not what we walked into. If anything, they replaced the flooring and called it a day in there. Found a syringe filled with a substance in the bathroom, sheets were dirty and stained. Bathtub looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The room was clearly not cleaned before we checked in. Complained to the front desk that night as we found these things later at night before bed, the woman working the front desk was very empathetic. When I came down to complain, there was a man at the front desk who walked away as soon as I started expressing my concerns. I told the woman at the front desk I would like the manager's information to speak with them and she told me the man who just ran off was the manager. Instead of dealing with a customer complaint as he hears one, he runs away?? Terrible service. It's clear this hotel wants nothing to do with helping their clients and making them feel comfortable if that's how the management is. The next room was hardly any better than the first, but the beds were clean enough to at least get through the night. I spoke with someone else at the front desk in the morning when checking out and was told I could not be offered a refund or compensation because I paid through Expedia and need to contact them. Contacted Expedia who told me it's actually the opposite, the hotel is the one to provide compensation. Expedia even tried to contact the hotel to help me and they refuse to do anything. Stay away from this place unless you want to sleep in dirty beds and find drug paraphernalia in your room.

Not their fault for the location! Staff is friendly with a smile for you whenever you need them; and the breakfast is convenient and simplistic. Will come here again for sure :)

I will say that the staff is amazing. They were all so kind. Considering the stuff they have to deal with! The location is not very safe, we weren't familiar with the location.The parking lot was filled with cops late at night due to an isolated incident" outside of the building

Staff very friendly. Room and sleep was good. Like how a person would have access to near by stores too

I will start with Isabelle, She was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with all answers with her smile. Hotel room was clean, comfortable and we had good stay. Complementary breakfast was good and area was super organized and Clean. Had good chat with Isabelle, very nice person.

Staff and room were great. 3 stars for service is for the lackluster 'breakfast'. Nothing hot, no protein except for barely warm boiled eggs.
