Terrible experience! Retained Milena for a real estate transaction to remortgage my own property. The transaction never ended up happening due to high interest rates and they still changed me for a full amount, even after she said she wouldn’t charge me the full cost. After a few months of emailing about the issue, they charged me interest rates for late payment on a transaction that never happened. I do not recommend this firm to anybody, they are untrustworthy and terrible business ethics ! Shame on you!

I have very recently sold and purchased a home this wasn't our first rodeo but things are done much differently then 20 or even 10 years ago and it seemed new all over again but Milena Cardinal of Cardinal Law and the team were with us every step of the way! This is the second time my wife and I have used Cardinal Law and both times they have knocked it out of the park! The first was when we purchased our first home and now when we needed help transferring land into our names! They are very responsive, have a quick turn around, very professional, and all the employees are an absolute delight to work with!
