Amazing place. I honestly cant say enough good things about the Academy. Great instructors, great environment, great philosophy and culture for a Lil Ninja to learn and grow from. It’s so much more than just teaching kids martial arts. They teach them important life skills like discipline, teamwork, leadership, self regulation, hard work and having fun! They are the full package! Im very happy with our decision to get our Lil Ninja involved with the Academy. I highly recommend getting your Lil Ninja involved too!

My husband and I were in London visiting family and we wanted to do a drop in class and came across submission academy London. We reached out to Mike and Steve and they welcomed us in for a class. The gym was super inviting, large space, clean, and safe. The coaches and other students were very inviting and friendly. We would definitely train there again when we come down for a visit. I highly recommend signing up there if you are looking for a jiujitsu gym to train.

I visited The Submission Academy for a recent assignment and I immediately felt among friends. The staff greeted me with a warm smile. When Jane, the owner and her family, came it was an instant feeling of warmth and friendliness.The participants, especially kids, were having a blast, enjoying martial art activities and sharing camaraderie.Thank you for a good time and for helping families enjoy healthy activities and good time.

Gym was great, clean, supportive. No complaints on the training side. However I planned to cancel my membership 79$ bi weekly for a month or two as money was becoming tight and I have picked up a second job. Really wish I knew it would be a 30 day, as well as two more payments before it would be canceled. Never would have signed up in the first place. I got to train 0 hours due to me needing to pick up a second job and working 70+ hours a week. Really annoying to have to pay almost 180$ for a service I didn’t use and tried to cancel before both billing’s sessions would have even applied to me.

I’ve literally dreaded doing anything athletic my entire life, but decided to do something way out of my comfort zone. Shockingly I loved it and the friendly atmosphere helped me feel comfortable right away. Everyone is super friendly and encouraging. I leave every class feeling happy and exhausted. So glad I signed up for the trial class and decided to keep going.

My daughter started at The Submission Academy about 6 months ago. It wasn’t long before I followed her to class. I can’t say enough about the facility and the people.The instructors, students and staff are incredible. Extremely welcoming atmosphere for all. Training has never been so enjoyable.

Can't say enough good things about this place.My kids really enjoy their classes which is great. Building confidence, discipline, and useful self-defence (including avoiding fights).I have been going as well. The class is a mix of highschool to much older people. It feels like a community. No judgement, just support.We all start off new to things but every class is built on fundamentals which lead to advanced techniques that are shockingly easy to pick up.I definitely recommend trying out The Submission Academy.

I've been training at The Submission Academy for 4 years. I was super nervous my first day. I had never participated in combat sports growing up. Then to all of a sudden pick it up at 35 years old was nerve racking. I was paired with a long standing member in my first training session (who was 10 years older than me). The respect and patience he had immediately reassured me that I picked the right place... And the rest is history... Clean gym, great instructors and best of all, amazing training partners!
