Here's the deal. Everyone is going to say they know a great real estate agent, so I wont go spouting the same things. Here is what Jeff and Colette really bring. Quite simply, this was the EASIEST experience we could have imagined, and it. was. FUN. We wanted to get on an email list? Same day they set it up. We wanted to go look at 20 houses? Sure, lets do them all in order of distance so we can see each listing and end close to our apartment. (...On Jeff's birthday on a weekend no less.) Advice on what a house will bring to the table now and 20 years from now? Great conversation on what to look for. Loved it. We wanted to see a house again? Already booked for the next day during our availability. Put in an offer? Done, and with feedback. Need signatures? Colette drove them to us. Need a lawyer to set everything up? Done. Need a referral for anything else house related? Done. Jeff and Colette got us our home, and made it effortless, informative, and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend them more.

I have had several mutual clients with Team Brown in the past year or so. I like to ask my clients how their other service-providers have done for them, and to a person each client has had an excellent experience dealing with Jeff and Colette. In my communications with Jeff and Colette, both are friendly and prompt, and each seems genuinely dedicated to furthering their clients' interests, even when those interests may make the job take longer. They go to great lengths to make sure their client are taken care of, and achieve the results they were hired for.

I find Jeff to help us selling our house because of the all good reviews here. However, our experience wasn’t really fun but stressful the whole process. I have never really write bad review on social media, this is probably the first time. I would recommend sellers to spend time on interviewing more agents instead of trusting the reviews here. Also, do not use the lawyer he recommended, we got charged a lot more than he asks.
