Tilley Campground

i went here before and it is great

Drove in from Slave Lake and stayed at Tilley Campground June 3,4,5 2020. It is very nice and clean, there is 10 powered sites with a large field next to it. There was a bunch of sheep and a couple donkeys in the field next to the campground and I enjoyed sitting there watching them do what they do. I was on a powered site, Everything worked great, site was clean and good ground for camper. Self serve check in cash only no internet mumbo jumbo there. Dump site and water refill station is clean and in good condition. ( non potable water ). There is a water canal if you walk up the hill you can walk along it in either direction. If you walk up the road and into Tilley ( 10 min walk ) you will find the general store ( Closes at 5:30pm ) and post office there that has everything you forgot at home without you having to drive all the way into Brooks to get it. It is nice to walk around and explore the town too, it does not take long as Tilley is very small. There was an amazing thunderstorm as well. Sleep was no problem. Great place and I recommend visiting this little Campground. There is no washroom on site. This was not a problem as I had my trailer.
