Stay away from them if you value your time and house. They didn’t deliver the work promised, even though repeatedly promised to visit and complete, didn’t show up on every promise. I wish I never encountered them. I’m sure most reviews here are fake.Edit: if it is refundable then come and refund my money.

Prompt messaging by the owner with confirmations. Two maintenance staff were very polite and efficient. They appeared to do a thorough job and cleaned up sufficiently at the end.

These guys deliver! Second year in a row that we’ve had Robin & his small team power wash the entire exterior of our home, including paving stones, rock features, siding, fiberglass decks, etc. Best Deal went above & beyond, from showing up exactly on time, cleaning areas we didn’t even cover in the quote, giving us the same wicked deal they did last year, exemplifying outstanding professionalism, and leaving our mossy North Shore home spotless.Service that meets high standards with low costs are hard to come by these days. I’m not certain why there are any negative reviews on here, but I’d assume based on Robin’s gentle character that these few unhappy customers were likely unreasonably difficult to deal with, or had unrealistic expectations for the price they were paying.We highly recommend Best Deal Maintenance without hesitation. Robin did a great job of cleaning our roof and gutters.

Robin and his team cleaned our gutters and removed the moss from our roof. We have a 4 year warranty on the moss removal. The debris from the roof was cleaned up from the deck, cars, and driveway.We are very happy with their work and will be using them again in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the work and honesty of this company. When we had a misunderstanding, they came back and immediately corrected it. Also, their pricing is much better than other companies I have had in the past. I will only have them do my gutter and window cleaning from now on

Robin sticks by his word. Moss came back on my roof. He was quick to respond and came back to do a complementary spray. Very happy with his services.He even had his guys clean the outside of my house structure for free.

Very happy with the service provided; had the siding, gutters, and windows cleaned. Everything looks great and they cleaned up afterwards so everything was tidy. Staff were professional, polite, and responsive. Highly recommend them for your home maintenance needs!

not great. hard sell job to start which was fine since we needed the work done and had already recd other quotes. came and did the work. seemed fairly professional to that point. billing emails/texts/calls immediately after job completed and repeatedly for the next half day. promised before and after pictures that didnt arrive. once the roof was dry you could see the many missed areas. contacted them repeatedly over the next 10 days but no showed. sent pics of the moss on roof still, filthy inside of eavestrough. nothing. calls to them were met with yes we will be out tomorrow" which never happened.would not recommend
