Very friendly and helpful staff. I was worried going there after the negative reviews, however, when I came in, the employees were super nice, they explained what I needed for my small repair project, things to know about siding, and where to look for the siding that I needed (it wasn't the same brand that they carry, and profiles wouldn't match, which can create problems). It looks like they are more of a wholesale, so I still needed to go some place else for the small quantities that I need, but they advised me where.

I went in there store in langley for a price on stone veneer siding and found out they charge twice as much as rona for identical product

I'm so glad finding this place because I often encounter finding the right parts for old vinyl siding but this place is the only one in town has everything! The stuffs here are very professional and helpful too. Thanks to Dave giving me the right J- Channel ! I wouldn't be able to finish the project without knowing this shop was here!

Horrible customer service, very rude, cut me off while I was answering their questions and didn't give me a chance to make the inquiries I had called about before again interrupting and hanging up on me. As a contractor, I will be using other manufacturers on all of our projects moving forward.
