I've been going to Dr. Sara for some time now to get adjusted as I work in the trades and spend a lot of my day in uncomfortable positions. Within just a couple appointments Dr. Sara has got me back to normal.Everyone at hands on health are super friendly and always going out of their way to help!

I have been attending Hands on Health Wellness (East London) for over 5 years. I'm a military veteran and have benefitted from consistent Physio and Chiropractic therapy. It's my second family! I also obtained orthotics for my plantar fasciitis and they are heavenly. Many other services are available all in one place.

I had a horrible lower back pain and inflamed tendon in my left wrist. Mr. Salman helped me with both. I will go back for sure if I ever need physical therapy again.

I have been working with Dr. Sara for years now. Being a Nurse I never know when my back is going to give out on me. Her staff are fantastic working around my schedule and getting me in asap. Would give them 10/5 if I could! I highly recommend Hands on Health.

The HOH team at London East has been friendly, responsive and professional in all dealings. My circumstance calls for ongoing monthly involvement with a Chiropractor (Dr. Sara) & Massage Therapist (Brittany). Both have been excellent. The personable and competent administrative staff round out the positive experience. I highly recommend!
