Matt and his new hire were excellent and all of us learned something. We are getting use to the new TV and are happy we went with the bigger TV for sure. My wife and I were able to install.

Beau was consistently upbeat positive and patient. I am of the older generation and not very swift with all the passwords etc. and he was very gracious. I was able to contact him with questions as we were moving through this process together off hours which I thought was exceptional service.

Went in to transfer phone plans. Craig was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my phone and advising on next steps to transfer our second phone!

Craig at Andres in West Kelowna was amazing today. He very quickly got me set up with a new phone at a great price. His knowledge and customer service was top notch! I’d go back hoping to have him serve me again.

Originally posted a 5 star review. However I have now changed it to a 2 star. I'd give 2 ana half. But I can't. Originally i was happy. Until after I realized that the sub install was not connected by rca from the sub out, had a sony xav ax4000 head unit which has a sub out but he decided to use the high level to rca. Called today and talked to the installer who did my 2019 jeep renegade, and I asked him if he used high level or sub out from the deck. Tried lying to me saying it had no rca connections when the box that the powered kenwood pws8 came in clearly shows high level to rca male to connect to harness end which has female rcas. I did car audio years ago. And now with how complex vehicles are I now no longer do it and let the professionals do it. The sub currently sounds like under water and tingy. Has to be adjusted with every song cause the high level to rcas are not filter all the higher notes out. Where a preamp sub out will eliminate more, and have more control on volume and able to turn it on and off the deck.Coming from the automotive business and being in it for 14 years, including a stint in car audio, do not lie to me about a product that I was looking at in person as the box was still in my jeep.

Good experience and a nice surprise that they had an iPhone 14. Aiden, aka. Sweet Cheeks, was helpful and what he didn’t know was quickly remedied by senior staff. I have purchased a few things from Andre’s over the decades and am happy with their service.

Kieran at the Telus booth is amazing. He makes the complicated phone plans so easy to understand and helped us upgrade our phones, he made the whole process a treat!

Had a excellent experience today with Aiden transferring and setting up my new phone and pairing my IWatch to the new phone. He is very knowledgeable, professional and fantastic customer service dealing with me, a senior, even spend time with me showing some tips to get started with my new phone. So wonderful to deal with a young knowledgeable gentleman, just made my day. Thank you Aiden!!
