From the start dealing with Colin was a great experience. He understood what we wanted and gave us a quote that was very satisfactory.On the day of the installation (tile work), he called 1st thing to let us know when to expect the installer (Alex), who arrived right on time.Alex walked in the door and got right to work, pointed out a couple of issues that needed our attention then got started. He was meticulous, exact, professional and maintained a clean environment during the day, at the end of the work day and when the project was complete.The best recommendation I can give is that I would hire them again if/when I have another job. I have various people ask me for contractor's and they are on the top of my list to recommend. Hope this helps.

Colin is a perfectionist. If you want zero problems and someone asking you about each detail every step of the way, he is your guy! I referred him to my friend and he cannot stop talking about how good his work is. He did my laundry and moved the plumbing and my tiles. Amazing work, his crew is the best!

The best choice that I could ever made, he fixed a disaster job that others did with my shower floor.From the beginning he came and gave me a good solution and record timing.He prepared everything very carefully cover all the floor and stair protecting all the work place, very clean.The final result just stunning, very professional I never thought that the very messy job that other did with the plumbing and tiling can be solved without demolish the whole washroom, but he nailed.Amply recommended if you have a problem to solve like me or just start from the beginning.

I had a complete bathroom renovation and not having done a major renovation in the past I didn't know what to expect. From the time that Colin came to look at the bathroom and measure it, to sending some photos for ideas, and then visiting the showroom to choose some of the items, it was a great experience. The workmanship and materials are excellent and my only wish is that I'd done it sooner. The work was done within the amount quoted and the job was finished in less time that originally projected. I will never go to anyone else to have work done in the future, even if someone offers me a lesser price. I'm enjoying the new bathroom, love the shower and soaker tub and will be enjoying them for years to come. Thanks to Colin and his team for everything you did to make this a great experience.

I renovated my kitchen last year, sourcing a number of important elements from Caledon Tile. The staff were patient and helpful as I looked through their extensive samples and got a better sense of what I ultimately wanted. The materials were high quality, well priced, delivered when expected and my kitchen looks amazing! This summer we had another small reno project at our family cottage. We again turned to Caledon Tile for elements of the job. When we encountered a deficiency with one of the products, Caledon Tile was very quick to resolve the issue -- ensuring we got what we needed and that we were happy with the product. I would highly recommend Caledon Tile. Thank you for taking great care of your customers.

I wasted my money. The quality is far below what you would expect. The floor is a mess, the paint was a mess. The carpenter screwed up a number of issues.I would not recommend this company for any project. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else
