Don't purchase your electronics here. They sell defective items and purposely enforce an extremely strict return policy that does not even allow for returns (only exchanges) even if the product is not working as intended.I wrote a review for the product on the website but since I guess since its somewhat negative, they chose to not show it.Purchasing certain electronics can take up loads of money and time researching. However, all that can go in vain if you take the gamble and purchase from this store. For the $200+ earphones I purchased here, within a week the charging box often stopped working and sometimes the sound on the right earphone glitches in and out. I've emailed the manufacturer to exchange it, but its a very long and costly process (due to shipping charges, etc).

Impressive Inventory! Very friendly and helpful staff. I was searching for a very specific type of interface with limited results from competitors. Even though Canada Computers was closing in 5 minutes the clerk came out from behind the counter, searched and found the cord I needed. Great prices too. Competitive with online listings.5/5⭐

Terrific service all around and despite initial incompatibility of parts purchased, exchange was given with above and beyond service. This looks like a large location with a great deal of selection to view on the floor. Their prices are also competitive with or better than those from online retailers which likely ship from far away. I will definitely return to this location!

Great Service.I recently visited Canada Computers with my son, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. In fact, my son loved it so much that he called it his Disneyland for tech enthusiasts. As soon as we entered the store, we were impressed by how well lit and organized it was. The layout made it easy to navigate and find what we were looking for without any hassle.The highlight of our visit to Canada Computers was definitely the associates. They were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. What stood out the most was the absence of any sales pressure. Unlike some other electronics stores, the associates at Canada Computers didn't push us to buy anything we didn't need. They were genuinely focused on helping us make the best choices based on our requirements.One particular associate, Lily, went above and beyond to assist us. She patiently listened to our needs and helped us select the best computers that suited our requirements. She provided us with honest advice, which we greatly appreciated. Additionally, Lily took the time to explain the financing options available to us and helped us set everything up smoothly. Her expertise and dedication were truly commendable.Overall, I can confidently say that Canada Computers is the best place to shop for electronics. The store's pleasant ambiance, knowledgeable associates, and absence of sales pressure create a welcoming environment for customers. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. As a first time customer, I showed up in a panic with my laptop that I knew was a goner. Liz reassured me that everything would be done to try and save my info. I ended up purchasing a new laptop and all of my info was transferred over at no extra charge. I just can't say enough about how wonderful Liz is and Canada Computers is so lucky to have an employee of this caliber!

What a rip-off. My computer was keep shutting down, so I went to them, and they spent 4 long days to fix my pc. The problem was just my power supply, so I called them a day before picking it up. When I got there, they said it wasn’t done, and they will start replacing the power supply. The replacing took more than an HOUR which is hilarious, and I asked them if they can do it faster, but then I would have to pay for the RUSH FEE. If they can do it faster, why don’t they?? So I wasted 4 days and a few hours to replace my power supply. The total cost was about $170. Just go to a different repair shop.

Clean store selling electronic equipment. There are lockers at the front where you leave your bags (no money needed, just need to set code). Size-wise, it wasn’t as big as a Best Buy, but it was much easier to navigate and look for what you needed. Lots of parking as it’s located within a plaza.
