This store location has gone down hill due hiring employees who tend to resell. Any funko collectors or any collectors in general I encourage you to look for another location.This store has various employees who take/hide exclusive collectibles in the store and management doesn’t do anything. They tend to act dishonest towards you when you ask them a question in regards to a collectible that’s like funko chases or Pokémon.Don’t be surprise if GameStop shuts down this location cause I hope they do so that way these employees can stop reselling or taking collectibles from us customers.

First off, best service. They do what they can to find things for me and make sure I know when my games come in. They are the kindest and more careful staff I've met thus far.

Sadly I’ll be switching stores! Workers and store isn’t the same anymore. Poor service, never open for midnight releases or open early for launches. Staff doesn’t know about half the games or products in their own store. Sad to see such a good store go bad.

Location gone down hill. Unknowledgeable staff. Unprofessional floor conversations. Never willing to go out of there way to check for product for you. Employees are purchasing high value resellable products before they even hit the floor! Sadly I’ll be looking for a new location.

I have been shopping at this particular GameStop store for years, and I have consistently been impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. They are knowledgeable and passionate about gaming, and they always take the time to assist me in finding the perfect game or accessory. This physical store have a welcoming atmosphere, and they are always clean and well-organized. The staff is friendly and approachable, and they make shopping a enjoyable experience.

Lost my pre-order of Hogwarts Legacy. Part time/full time staff are super corrupt(purchase resellables for themselves) not willing to help and are not very friendly at all! Great location. Terrible part time/full time staff! Location gone down hill!

Really friendly staff and a great selection of games. I enjoy this location because they also have a lot of anime and video game merch and the way it’s organized makes it easily shop-able vs some other ones I’ve been to where it’s kind of chaotic. The staff is super easy to talk to and usually have good recommendations and overall it’s just a good vibe there. Definitely recommend it.

I love shopping at this store simply because the staff is so friendly and seriously so knowledgeable about everything i’ve ever asked about !! I can always find everything i need so quickly because the way this store is organized and merchandised is perfect. whenever i walk in i’m greeted and every interaction i’ve had with a staff member has been so pleasant.
