Tried to get a quote, sent pics for initial viewing by the contractor. Had to text back days later for a response. Was given a vague quote over the phone, contractor was reluctant to give an in-person quote and take measurements. Contractor was rude and acted like I was wasting his time, not supportive of the options I was inquiring about. A verbal just budget for 8 grand" isn't very professional

Rude and condescending. Refused to give me a quote because I didn't understand fencing terminology.

It's hard to get ahold of someone to get quick responses but they ended up doing a good job expediting an order that we needed on an urgent basis.
