These people are a class act. Had a watch from the 60s. They did a great job restoring it. Better.than I thought possible. And they did it for the price quoted. Highly recommend them.

Took 3 watches for battery replacement today, great service.They are located on the path below the metro building. Highly recommend to anyone who lives downtown.

Pretty sure management has changed since the lower reviews were made because Neil went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Not only did he find the pieces I was looking for but charged me the quoted price even though they were labelled much higher right on the jewelry box they came in. Great deal and great service.

Not the best experience...GO AT YOUR OWN RISKMy watch needed the batteries replaced and I decided to give this store a try. The man replaced the batteries but when I came to pick it up he said something was wrong with the watch.He showed me my watch and started to wind it the wrong way and said in a huff that it stops and goes. He said he was willing to fix it but with the way he handled my watch I rather he didn't TRY" to fix it again.The movement on my watch is more screwed up than when it went in

I would like to share my experience with Neil, at Classic Time. He replaced 5 watch batteries for me and adjusted my watch straps at a very reasonable cost and also provided excellent service.

Excellent service. Replaced my Seiko battery in less than 3 minutes. Don't know what the issues are with the other reviews here. This is what repair shops should be like.

I’ve been going to classic time for years. Always great service, this year especially. Due to the lock down I couldn’t get my watch. They went out of there way to drop it off. Amazing service!!!!!
