Reflections Hair & Aesthetics Studio

Following all COVID-19 guidelines. Excellent services and very friendly owner and staff, even under current circumstances. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and am always delighted with the great job they all do. Most recent visit included cut, highlights, mani and pedi.

With 2 kids under 2 running around, sometimes I can get half a leg shaved so waxing seemed to make sense. Tbh, getting waxed in any capacity isn't fun - it's not Christmas morning or a nice cup of wine - its not even like having a baby where they can load up on the good pain meds. That being said, Charity was quick, efficient and so comforting and quick - did I mention quick? It was an adorable environment with off-street parking, and although it was being painted inside, you'd never know apart from the signs. I did find the room to be a tiny bit dusty but it looks as though they are updating which would explain a lot. The wax area/desks/bed etc are very clean. My only real concern would be if there is a separate entrance for someone with mobility problems as I had to walk upstairs to get into the building and downstairs to go to the room. I didn't see an alternative entrance or wheelchair access but I didn't ask so please call before to see (and perhaps answer this question). In all though, great prices, great people and I've already booked my next appointment.

The main purpose of my visit to Reflections Hair & Aesthetics Studio was to cover little bit of grey hair just around my temple and nape. I met with an employee named EMMA who had poor listening skills and chopped my hair too short despite of me clearly asking for below shoulder length. She did a poor job covering up my grey hair but did a very good job covering up her mistakes. I called EMMA twice during the 45 minutes dye soak-in-time and showed that she did not cove most of my grey hair. She very confidently said that it would emulsify during the hair wash which very badly flopped. CONNIE who owns this place played along and said that you have some stubborn grey hair" and suggested a 10 minutes hair dye to fix it. EMMA failed again to wash it well and left me with a dark dye stain bordering the ridge and now

Had the pleasure of having Emma a new stylist color my hair. She did everything I asked for and then more! Highly recommend very pleased. Will be going back.

Staff were super friendly and nice! But, got a manicure with shellac didn’t do much with the nails besides paint them and got shellac on my toes which starting falling off the next day not even 24 hours later, only after a week all my nail polish and toenail polish was clompletly gone. Just fell off. And also, missed a toenail while painting. As well as my friend I was with same thing just fell off. All in all the 80$ finger nail and toe nail paint was not worth it what so ever.

Fate was on my side when I found myself in Amies chair at Reflections. I hadnt had my hair cut in probably about a year, and was a little self concious as I knew I needed a cut badly. As soon as I was greeted by Amie I was instantly as ease. Shes one of those people that feel like you've known them forever! Very sweet and easy to talk to. I wanted some face framing bangs and the dead ends taken off. She did excatly what I wanted and excecuted it perfectly. Ive had my bangs botched before so I was so happy with what she did!!I highly reccomend Amie to anyone in need of a new hairstylist. Shes incredibly kind, has great technique, and really makes you feel cared for! Looking forward to my next appointment with her :)
