Always a wonderful time at this Milestones. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Service is always fast and food is served in a timely manner. I prefer this location over others in the city.* something worth noting is I always book my table through Open Table and although I always honor the booking and show up on time, the restaurant still marks me as a no show and I get an email from Open Table that I didn’t show up to my reservation. I always make sure I identify myself and mention my reservation through Open Table when I check in yet they still mark me as a no show. Not sure why.

Reservation booked for my birthday at 1.00. it's now an hour later and we haven't got our food. Just unacceptable. Only excuses offered by our waitress. Not coming back.Edit: we were offered a small bowl of free fries to tide us over and the manager offered 50% off the meal after more than an hour of waiting. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing and by the time we got our food I was ready to leave. An hour plus from seating to service.

We wanted a quick cheap drink in Lansdowne. The hostess was rude and ignored us for a long time before acknowledging that we were waiting. The table was extremely sticky. The service was overall awful and the restaurant was loud and gaudy. The cocktails were flat, tasteless, and not even worth the $7. I’m glad I didn’t eat here as I don’t think the staff was well trained and would be able to take the necessary precautions to accommodate my dietary restrictions. It was stressful to be there and I hope I never have to go again.

Had a nice meal here with my fiance for our anniversary - we brought our dog as their patio is dog-friendly :) Our server Jesse was very attentive and gave our dog lots of pats and his own water bowl. He handled everything effortlessly. Food was delicious - highly recommend the wham-bam shrimp!

Just stopped in for a drink after a movie. Got seated right away and the server was very friendly. I've always had great service and food at any Milestones I've been too. Beer selection is good and the mixed drinks have been great!

I often get the sense that Milestones wants to be a higher quality eatery with the laid back feel of a chain. While they get the chain part right, I feel that their food too often fails to meet their own high standard.For instance, during a recent visit at this location, the mushroom soup I ordered was meh"

We've always loved Milestones but the quality has really gone down. I think they were sold to a new company.There were three of us this last time, one had Salmon which was delicious (although the rice was served lukewarm), one had Thai noodle which was good, and one had steak which had a large amount of fat and was tough to chew although the spicing was delicious. The side" of vegetables was essentially a few asparagus and a carrot or two on top of the other side but they were well cooked.So the food was average and partly sub-par for a bill close to 200$.The real problem came down to the water
