I want to thank you for your quick response when I called about an emergency furnace problem. Your tech, Nikhil, came through the door with a smile, complete with a solution and more good news than bad. He was courteous and thorough, offering suggestions for things that could be done in the future. This made me feel comfortable having him in my home, but it was his friendly personality that put him over the top. Subsequent visits by Balpreet were equally pleasant; He was efficient while being personable at the same time; a rare combination!

I really appreciate that their technicians are not only professional but also very friendly. I had a nice conversation with them, we laughed a lot. The job was done perfectly, my boiler works at its best again. I hope I will not have a problem with my HVAV again. But if it happened I will definitely call HVAC service.

I bought a new boiler on their web. With their financing offer, I saved a lot of money. They sent their technicians to help me to install it and even gave me a discount on the installation service. Also, I appreciate that they gave me a few advices on how to prevent any technical issues. Excellent!

Their technician Loc arrived and fixed the issue with a condensate pipe. Now we don’t need to worry about the condensate, which could freeze and cause a blockage or even could revert into the boiler. He fixed this problem quickly and helped us avoid major issues in the winter. Thank you!
