Went in to get a couple fish for my ten gallon community. They told me 10 little feeder fish was to many and I couldn't get 5 more as they cant sell to a overcrowded tank. Than refused to sell me any fish when I pointed out the 3 big chichilds were overcrowded to the point one was dead. Was told the wrong info. Saying red minnows can't be in 78°F. Simple Google search says Pet smart eployees were incorrect.

Booked an appointment over the phone for a nail trim, the person taking my information seemed to not know how, asking for my number 4 separate times. Upon arrival for the appointment I received a friendly greeting as we headed to the grooming area. I was asked for the rabies records and let them know it’s in the system and can be looked up by phone number. Instead I was asked for the paper copy, which I provided. She told me the paper is not for rabies and I assured her it is, after several minutes she agreed and entered my information. We were then interrupted by another customer asking for a check up/nail trim because their dog broke a nail and it was bleeding. I expected the workers to tell them to see a vet and state they had to help their customer with an appointment first. Instead, I waited for 15 minutes while 3 employees spoke with the new customers and ignored me. Eventually they were able to get me in and trim my dogs nails but overall the experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be coming back.

Bought a couple of plants here for my 20gal. Within 24 hours, everything was dead, and that was the only thing I had changed. The cycle in my tank crashed so quickly that my fish were literally jumping out of the tank. Be careful what you buy here.
