Nov 2nd, 2021: Google says open 9-5pm.Sign on door: This location is closed.DO NOT turn right and go the medical way" up the stairs

Sometimes the wait is a bit long, however the staff are always very pleasant and provide excellent service.

Would be nice if you updated your web page !!! I came all the way here (and I dont drive) to the location that said it was open, only to be greater by a sign on the door that stated that this location is closed and to go elsewhere. The other location they suggested closes at 3 so people who can't go there

Booked a blood test appointment for midmorning and despite complications the staff were experiencing with a patient's vein the service was highly professional, friendly and timely. Gratitude for these fine people.

Awful experience. Called the day before to ask if an appointment was necessary/advised, was told no and I could just walk right in. To which I interpreted as going in, waiting 15 minutes max and getting my blood work done. Instead, I went in shortly after they opened, sat for an hour in the waiting area while 3-4 people went in before me. When I went to the counter to ask how much longer I would be waiting, I was told that all appointments would go in before me. Oh and that they don't accept appointments via phone, online only. Would have been nice to have been told all this information when I called to inquire if I needed an appointment. So if you don't want to spend your entire day off reading the signs on the walls of this office's waiting room, I would advise you to make an appointment. Left with no blood work done and will not be returning to this office.

This location is horrible I have been standing at the window to check in for 15 mins and the lady says I'll get there when I can.i really think life labs should shut this location down cuz they just waste your time there all useless. Worst service ever
