Good experience buying a dishwasher from Liam. Needed one quickly as ours had died. Liam was very knowledgeable, listening to our wants and needs, and helped us quickly narrow down our choices. I picked up the dishwasher next day from the warehouse (could have been same day if a weekday), and with their nifty adjustable height loading ramp, I just had to tip the dishwasher into my SUV, push it in, and I was off! Obviously they'd done it a lot before, and it's a great system for self-pickup.All-in-all, a positive experience.

We bought a top of the line washer and dryer. Was quick delivery, next day.We took off all the shipping plugs and put them in place. The washing machine flooded our laundry room first time we used it. Water was pooring from underneath.We called and email Canadia appliance, they told us that once it is delivered then they have nothing to do with it.We were told any issues within 48 hours they would take care of it. Worst customer service.They only sell appliances then won't care about the customer.Never buy from them, and we will let everyone we know buy from anyone else

Elizabeth at the store was excellent to work with! She didn't rush us and helped to find the appliances that would work for us. The work crew who delivered our appliances were very professional and extremely personable. We just installed all four of our appliances and we are very happy so far!

The delivery service was good. They were on time and very polite and experienced. The only drawback was that they didn't remove their shoes or have 'booties' to wear. It had been raining earlier that day so the driveway and porch were still wet. Had to wash my floors after install.

Excellent service from the moment we walked in to look at a replacement refrigerator, to quick and efficient delivery. Very knowledgeable sales associates & were kept informed of the status of our delivery.

The delivery guys were so friendly and quick too. The text messages and phone calls to keep me updated on delivery were very helpful.Purchasing the product was seamless and easy. I was very pleased that the product was in stock and delivered within 2 days of purchase.I would highly recommend CAS to anyone looking to purchase any appliances for their home.

Our fridge did not cool after the power outage. We went to Canadian Appliance Source and Ash was very knowledgeable and nice. She said they could deliver it as early as tomorrow (today). The delivery people were very nice, they made sure they were careful with everything. Would highly recommend this place.

Do not buy your appliances from Canadian appliance source. It is a complete rip off and they give you the run around if there is a problem. We were delivered a stove that doesn’t work and instead of apologizing and replacing the stove immediately they tell me to call LG to troubleshoot. After doing this LG tells me it is in fact broken and the store should be replacing it. The store says LG should repair the stove. Why should my brand new stove need a repair? This store does not stand by their products! After many phone calls with customer service no one has apologized and not one agent was able to put me in touch with someone that can actually assist me in solving this problem. Meanwhile we have been without a stove for 6 days now! This is absolutely outrageous! I will also be putting in a complaint with the better business bureau.When you are delivered a broken product it should be replaced immediately.Please shop elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Good selection, pleasant shopping experience, recommend! Liam, our sales person, was very helpful and showed us all our options as we were looking for a gas stove with an electrical oven. We got GE Cafe wiht a charcoal finish - it is stunning. No more fingerprints and easy to clean, lots of features including an air fryer. Highly recommend Liam as your guide - very pleasant and not overly long process. Thanks Liam!!!

My fridge started making loud noises so I visited CAS Oakville on the recommendation of family members. Elizabeth Koutsoukos greeted us and she asked questions to determine my needs/wants. She was very thorough in her recommendations and got into the details of each option. I really appreciated dealing with someone so knowledgeable.Delivery was also well handled. I received a call with a 4 hour delivery window the day before. Then I received an email with a tracker. This allowed me to narrow down the window as the crew made their deliveries. The delivery crew was professional and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience with CAS and would highly recommend them.
