Staff was friendly and helpful! Love the clothes but have to say I will never buy another belt from there again, they just fall apart!

I was shopping for a large order today at this location and was trying on clothes and was treated like I was stealing the entire time. I'm not a rugged looking person, I didn't have a bag (not even a purse) and I was shopping for my new job.. I ended up spending over $500 (surprisingly, as I almost walked out to take my business elsewhere) and the women working were not only rude but also made me very uncomfortable the entire time and not once while I was trying things on did they ask me how I was doing, they were far too concerned about where my items I was trying on were, which they so kindly moved to the other end of the changing room section for me. When I brought my things to the counter I said oh be right back I forgot something" ran to grab something from the accessories and assumed the cashier would continue to scan my items because it only took a second (and there was a lot left to scan still) instead she put my things on hold and served 2 people ahead of me making me wait in line again. I always make big purchases when I come here and I will not be returning after this type of disrespect towards a customer. 3 thumbs down."

I was shopping in the store im assuming it was the assistant manager greeting certain customers. She had the nerve to greet 2 customers asking if they needed anything looked at me and turned away. I usually dont buy from a store that the girl is rude or dont talk to. I have had issues with this girl before she isnt nice, very rude and gossips alot. She has glasses super snotty shouldnt miss her. Very rude negative employee go to parkland and shop.

i love shopping here everyone is so nice and helpful. and the experience always better then the last. also the product is awesome. keep up the great work everyone.

I love Ardenes, it's my go to clothing store. My experience in this particular store was great, I was helped specifically by assistant manager Steph. Now Steph was amazingly helpful, she went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful for it.

Horrible customer service. One staff member literally swept over our feet and kicked the mirror out of the way when we were using it. Staff should be trained on etiquette. Very unprofessional.

A snarky women “greeting” customers at the door informing them to “be quick - your only have 1/2 hour to shop” does not make for a good experience here. I doubt this shopping time limit a government guideline based on the fact that no other stores mentioned this. Regardless, this women was extremely unwelcoming.

Absolutely terrible music. It is way too loud and makes me want to get out of the area as fast as possible. Please consider changing store policy if it is to have ridiculously loud music. If not for the music, I wouldn't mind this location as much. I normally just go in to check out the flats since they are decently priced. Leduc location is a lot better with more space to move, better prices, and more stock.

A great place to shop, my daughter loves it here, they've got a great selection and the staff was friendly.

There’s always cute shirts & clothing at great prices which I love. However every single time I've come here within the past year or 2, you have to go up to the front counter and stand in line to ask for a change room because there are no employees to be seen anywhere. Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a change room. More staff is needed and the staff you do have in this store need to learn customer service 101. I really appreciate the odd bunch that are actually nice and make you feel welcome and not like a pest. Just sad to see such a decline in customer service over the years.
