Iam a seafarer and was visiting Vancouver, Canada with the ship and I needed to buy a laptop for myself.Naturally I went to Best buy, near Metro town mall and I was attended by Ms Mannat at the best buy store .She did understand my requirements and my budget to the point and suggested me a very good laptop, Lenovo Yoga and iam so happy with my new laptop.Have been using the laptop for over a month now and it's performance is amazing.Thanks Ms Mannat and amazing staff at Best buy to make the laptop buying experience, such a pleasent one.Cheers!!

Very disappointing customer service. My stove has broken and after filing a claim, having a technician confirm it is broken, Bestbuy sent an email confirming I would be contacted within 3-5 business days. This is after already waiting a week and a half for the claim to be processed and the technician to visit..... at the end of 5 business days, no call, no email, no update. After reaching out to Bestbuy through the Geek Squad all the staff could do was apologize, claim my claim had been successfully processed without any issues, and advise me to continuing waiting.This is now at 16 days and counting with out a stove to prepare food and no updates from Bestbuy.... disappointing.

Received an online order from Burnaby today and my package (special edition Nintendo Switch) arrived damaged. After being told that there are no in-store options for exchanges and I would have to send in the package to get a refund issued and then place another online order and maybe receive another damaged product I am considering returning my order altogether and using the refund to buy from Wal Mart, where there is a local store to deal with these issues if the arise.If it were possible for Best Buy to send another Switch to the closest store where I could simply exchange mine for one that is not damaged, I might stick with them for this purchase. However, apparently this is not possible. Great customer service agent over the phone but overall bad customer service as a company. Don't think I'll be purchasing from them again after this poor experience.

Staff are highly INEXPERIENCED. Prepare to do your own research before coming to the store because the workers will not be able to provide any information.I was looking for a product and the appliance specialist informed me that it was out of stock. I was pointed towards the wrong section multiple times and couldn’t find it myself which is why I asked him for help. I checked the website and it said the item was available at this location, so I asked him to check the aisle or show me where it is. After searching for 10 minutes, I had to locate it by myself.The cashier had no clue what their own price match policy is. I can understand if the employees don’t know every last detail about all the products in Best Buy as they have so many different lines. What I can not understand is a cashier who does not know their payment policies. He did not know what their tap machine limit was, and had to constantly intercom his manager for help. When I asked him about the return policy, he pulled out his phone to Google what the policy was.This location is essentially a self-serve station. There is no positive input from any of the staff, and it’s a better use of your time to do everything yourself. Best Buy please reconsider how your staff benefit your customers and business.This experience has deterred me from ever considering purchasing from Best Buy again. There are many other better retailers who can provide information and customer service in store.

I was in station Square branchto get a new phone and I had excellent service from Kavir at the mobile counter.He transferred everything over from my old ancient phone and helped me get set up with my new one which I really appreciated. He is very kind and helpful.

Probably my favorite branch of Best Buy since I usually frequent this one compared to the other branches, albeit bigger ones. The staff here are nice and they will gladly accommodate your queries. This is where I mostly bought all my peripherals for my gaming set up and as well as some games!

Surrey Central location told me to come in here to look at the Metrotown inventory, cause there are lots more selections.Parking is difficult enough already, to make things even worse customer service is terrible.Asked a staff I was interested in certain items, can you bring these down?Do you have the similar products in the back?This was my answer......................I don't know

Didn't buy anything but I talked to an employee (I believe their name is Brian?) about different screens and they were very pleasant to speak with. Super knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, as well as great at explaining. I left feeling much more educated on the matter - 10/10 service

Worst service I've ever experienced. What ever you do, DON'T BUY THE EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN!! Their warranty is a scam. They charged me an extra $2300 dollars for a replacement phone and then sent me a broken phone. It looks new but it keeps rebooting on its own. Not seldom, some times it happens 4 times in one hour. clearly a broken phone. The replacement phone wasn't even the same color as the original phone. To top it off when I called the customer service they keep telling me there is no supervisor in today and they will call me back but it has been over a week and I still haven't heard back from them. What a horrible experience. I strongly advise not to use this company and what ever you do, DON'T GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY!!

They have a good selection of items and had the charger I needed, but I was the only person in line at check out and no one was actually at a checkout except for the lady powering through what I think we're product returns. Finally a worker came to the till, with a customer from the store and when that transaction was done, I recieved maybe a 5th of the customer service, without even a hello or any other customer service related conversation. The key to getting any help or assistance at the till seems to be only from being on the floor, which is kinda unfortunate.
