I absolutely could not speak higher of Megan if I tried! Never have I met a colour professional so patient, genuine, and passionate about what she does. I had my hair dyed a colour I did not want and Megan went above and beyond to rectify someone else’s mistake. She is honest with her opinions regarding what you might want/the suitability of any given idea. She is amazing at what she does and really takes the time to understand her clients visions for themselves. I am so incredibly grateful to have found a hair professional that I trust entirely and can bounce ideas off of. She is the best and I cannot recommend her enough. LOLA Salon, specifically Megan has a life long client!

First time going to Lola and had my hair done Erin! Amazing experience and Erin did a beautiful cut! I showed one photo and she made it even better than the photo. They use great products and the online booking system is great! Would definitely recommend !

Super clean, amazing services, and all members of the team are lovely. I got a haircut from Emily Grace, who really understands curly hair and took her time with my cut. She went over inspo photos with me and knew which ones would frame my face the best. I don't go to salons very often so I really appreciated her listening to me and putting my mind at ease. All in all a cute place to go!!

I love this place it’s my new go-to salon for Emily Zoff who did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair! Because I wasn’t sure what I wanted, before proceeding, Emily really took the time to give me a consult first, to figure out what my aesthetic was and provided some really great options. During, she kept me informed every step of the way. After, she gave me easy instructions on how to style at home. I’m obsessed with my new hair and will definitely be coming back! This place is amazing. A real gem in Toronto for anyone who is looking for quality hair services and true professionals. Found this place through BlogTO and booked a cut with Emily and colouring services with Matthew. I could not believe how incredible my hair looked after, I was actually shocked. Honestly, these guys know what they’re doing and they’re worth every penny. I’ve never been more impressed with a hair salon before, I will definitely be back.PS: thank you Emily and Matthew for bringing my hair back to life!!!

I have been going to Lola since 2019, originally because I got a very unfortunate colour done at another salon while trying to going blonde. Long story short, I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else and if I did go to another salon, even for seemingly small things like a haircut, I regretted it. I personally have seen and enjoyed my appointments with Taryn, Erin and Emily St but am confident that no matter who you see at Lola, you will receive the best quality service. These women have taken my hair from damaged and lifeless to hair that's healthy and I feel beautiful in. If you're at all considering reaching out to this salon, I highly suggest it.

i got my hair cut today by Britney Black and i have never ever been more happy or confident leaving a salon in my life! she did exactly what i wanted, was quick and efficient and i felt so pampered the entire experience. everyone i had contact with just made the experience even better. i’ve been neglecting getting my hair cut because of previous bad experiences at other salons but i almost want my hair to grow out faster so i can come back. book with britney! you will not be disappointed <3

Lola is an incredible salon! The atmosphere is positive and welcoming - during my first visit everyone made me feel as if I had been a regular customer for years. I had my haircut by Janice who did an amazing job. I am so thrilled with my new look! I felt listened to and ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted. The best part was that it felt like I was catching up with a girlfriend throughout the entire cut! I will definitely be going back to Janice for all my cut and colour needs! If I could give higher than five stars, I would!

Staff are amazing!! I came in and was immediately met with great service; was kindly asked to take a seat, and was offered coffee! I had my hair appointment with Brit and she was so kind, genuine, and personable! I could truly tell she loves her job! Each cut she made, she smiled with excitement! She gave me above and beyond what I asked for. I am at my happiest with my new hair, definitely coming back! :)
