First. I stopped there for a quick walk of my little dog. The edges are covered in litter. Down steep embankments. Filthy if you are walking a dog. Got 1 star as it was well lit at night. And in a good mid point brief stop. But there were no portable restrooms. This is a major issue with these areas.
