STAY AWAY - THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! In the few appointments I had with Dr. Linda, she was curt and rude, and barely gave any time. I fortunately didn't need a doctor for a while in between, but recently tried to set up an appointment only to find out that they had deregistered my wife and I from the roster and did not inform us at all or offer a different family doctor. I found out only when I tried to book an appointment. Even then, their excuse is that this was the fault of previous employees and current employees can't be held responsible. On top of that, the admin staff said, had we maintained contact with you in the last 2 years we would have informed you immediately

So my experience at this clinic has been abysmal. Started strong with phone appointments but has since gone downhill. Two recent experiences lead me to this review1. I had some tests done. Doctor called me in December with some results but I asked about blood tests. He said he sees them but will call me later about them. In MARCH is when I got the call about these.2. Had a PAP smear. Dr Ljnda was fine during the procedure but in the follow up she was 30min late, just said everything was fine and left 20seconds later. I had to google some of the stuff she said because she didn’t stay for me to ask any.No in person appointment I’ve had has been on time. It’s always been a minimum of 20min wait

Dr Aryan is great, the pharmacy is great, but front reception for doctor appointments is completely incompetent and needs a communication overhaul and more staff. They emailed me today on a Friday 15 minutes before they close that they booked me for an in person appointment for this Monday at noon. This is for an appointment I never agreed to or had any advance notice for and I am working on monday. Their policy that is highlighted in this email says that without cancelling the appointment 1 business day in advance, I am to be charged a $90 cancellation fee. To elaborate, they scheduled a random appointment for me that was never discussed, 1 day before I am supposed to attend it with no communication and with less time to cancel it than the 24 business hour cancellation timeframe they require for cancellations and then their policy is I am to be charged for it because I couldn't cancel it in time. Talk about a shakedown. Very scammy.In response to 1clinics response below:They say that they will never charge for a missed appointment that was not agreed to by both parties. They also say the policy is there to respect the time of their physicians, yet in the past the doctor has still called me at the scheduled times for those randomly scheduled appointments that I never agreed to. If they truly cared about the time of their physicians as they say below, they wouldn't have them waste time running appointments that I never agreed to and will obviously no show if I didn't catch one of their random emails. I also suspect that the only reason they haven't charged me yet is because I am vocal and catch it.$90 for a cancellation policy for a 15 min phone call is the highest I've ever seen as well, it seems more profit motivated than as a tool to reduce no shows and respect the time of the physicians.

I don’t think any words would give justice of my experience. From the moment I walked in, time in the seat and out the door. The staff is amazing. Dr Linda is so professional and I felt like we were best friends. Honesty in what I should and shouldn’t do. I had fillers and Botox customized to what I needed. Some other amazing injections for my eyes to help with the sunken look due to age. I look youthful for my age and awake. I’ve been back to purchase skin care and love them. I can’t wait for my follow up and continue to be a client.

Had a confirmed appointment today. Checked in with the receptionists. They organized me to come in.I drove 1 hr 30 mins down plus paid $20 for parking to be told I don’t have an appointment because the aesthetician was not able to come. Very unorganized, unprofessional, uninviting and rude.Would’ve appreciated a heads up before coming down letting me know before hand. It was a waste of time and money.Highly do not recommend this place.

Very nice place comparing to other clinics in downtown. Our doctor changed 2 times for 3 years, but all them were professionals and paying attention to details. Venue is nice and clean. There are org issues on administrative side, often they don't send a referral fax or renew prescription in time. You always have to make reminder call to them to get your stuff done. That's unfortunately a common Canadian healthcare issue. Toronto population is growing, but infrastructure is not. Nobody cares about patient experience, because clinics do not need to compete each other.

I came in with a concern about dry skin on my face and Dr. Linda was very knowledgeable. She knew what it was right away and explained the causes and how to treat it. It was helpful to have the pharmacy on site as well because I was able to get the cream in a matter of minutes. I've been using the cream she prescribed and my skin has never looked/felt better. Dr. Linda is very patient and friendly and didn't make me feel self conscious about my condition. She even followed up with me a week later to see if the cream was working. She is amazing!
