They scheduled me in for an appointment right away. I was greeted by very friendly and kind administrative staff, and the procedure went smoothly. Dr Sayed has such a warm and wonderful bedside manner, and makes sure that his patients are comfortable. You just know that he cares about you and your health. The administrative staff submitted the bill directly to my benefit provider, without any hassle. An amazing, friendly and inviting experience from start to finish! Thank you all for setting my mind at ease, especially in a new place! If I move to the island, I have already found my new dentist!

Best dental team in Nanaimo… From the very pleasant and efficient Rachel booking our appointments to all the ladies and Dr Masgara , everyone was highly professional, quick and empathetic. Dr Inam Syed himself is dynamic dentist who is vigilant and audacious simultaneously. It was a wonderful experience and we wish him and his team the very best .

My wife and myself has got some work done from Dr Syed, he is the best dentist anyone can have. Very professional, productive, has lots of experience. Best part of the appointment was Dr syed showed the whole procedure on Microscope which is very cool to watch, have never seen the procedure before, everything went very smoothly and quickly. I had my teeth cleaned by the Hygenniest this morning.I am a senior and have difficulties breathing. So I was a bit nervous going in.My hygenniest was Preety. I told her about my concerns. I really enjoyed my experience at Downtown Dental Group. I got my wisdom teeth removed by doctor Syed and he was really professional. I did not feel hurt at all during the procedure. Thank you for taking my wisdom teeth out.

My family is new to Nanaimo in need of dental work-Dr Sayed and the staff here were really great, I had wisdom tooth and cavities filled without any pain. They were so kind and professional. I was nervous and they made me feel comfortable. My kids liked them too.

I highly recommend this clinic. I had been in constant pain with my wisdom tooth all weekend. I called the office at 8am Monday morning and had an appointment at 4pm on the same day. Unfortunately I had to have the tooth extracted but the procedure was virtually painless. It was such a relief to get treatment so quickly. Dr Syed was very kind and patient and all the rest of the clinic staff were friendly and professional.
