Bought sh**ty paint at a Hardware store and went into SW looking for good but affordable paint to paint over the cheap stuff. Although I showed up close to closing time, the two gentlemen working that day were super patient and kind. They explained differences of various paint products and recommended products. This is where I will purchase paint for any future projects and will refer friends and family… Thanks guys…

We weren't met at all. Only one other customer was in the store before us who was being helped and the one employee who was helping him showed no motivation or social interaction whatsoever. It took her over 15 minutes to help this man out and at no point were we ever greeted, told she'd be right there or any other form of acknowledgement of our existence. I came here expecting to get more help and warmth compared to a more generic hardware store, but it felt cold, unfriendly and absolutely unmotivated. The store itself felt nice and offered a lot. In this case it's just the staff that was lacking customer quality.

Again, a great experience at sherwin-williams on Wellington st in London. Although not allowed inside the store our order was phoned in and a friendly person, Tyler, helped us out with late additions to our order and loaded all the supplies into our vehicle. We'll be back!

I've never painted a room before since I'm a life long renter and the staff there took the time to explain what I needed and even got me a discount on some rejected in stock paint since I wasnt picky about the shade of white. If I decide I want more colour in the room I'll be going back
