I bought multiple of items from the Leila branch of Petsmart in Winnipeg.The fish in the show racks are not overstocked, and are healthy. There is much variation/selection. There is only a few aquatic plant options though, but it is understandable due to the pandemic.Accesories are well displayed and also have different size options. Prices are fair and looks nice too.The staff were all helpful and attentive.They also carry small mammals, but very low quantity. I also was informed that each store/area carry either males only or females only in their stockings to prevent unexpected babies. So my advice to you is, know and research before hand what sex of animal you like (hamsters/guinea pigs, etc.) and call the store first before you come in. Unfortunately, they can not see availability on each store's inventory, so you have to do the call yourself. I think PetSmart is a responsible pet store, and I like that!

Literally the only place I trust my dog after she was injured by a different groomers. Highly worth it, well trained staff that care about the dogs

Always a pleasure going here, especially with my pup! Staff is always friendly, willing to help, and even give my pup a treat and pets!Great place to shop, and pretty knowledgeable staff. Very clean!

We really enjoyed Pet Smarts grooming services the first time we went there… but the next couple of times after that was awful. Our dog had some mattes on her and they did such an awful job at “fixing” this. They shaved her body right down but left her head and neck furry. She looked so bad. We took her to another groomer and they did a much better job at getting the mattes out and made her look good all for a similar price. I would not recommend pets smart grooming service.

The staff here are wonderful! I adopted my 4 year old Chorkie in July 2022 and started bringing her here for classes as she had some anxiety around other dogs. Alexiel is a great trainer and very patient with everyone's dogs.The groomers are always so friendly and really ensure I leave happy. My dog is very comfortable here and shows no signs of anxiety when she's with the staff here.

Can you please keep your fish filters properly stocked? This is the third time in two months that I’ve come to your location and there wasn’t any fish filters. This is never been an issue before, and I really don’t appreciate driving across town to get these filters.

The staff are very knowledgeable about most products. There always friendly and helpful. The prices are not bad. Very good selection. They even grow cat grass and sell it daily for about $5.50. Cats liked it.

Friendly staff, clean store. Love bringing in my dog to meet other dogs and people. They have a good selection. Only issue is that once they sell out of an item then it seems like the shelf sits empty for a long time until it is restocked.
