Sean was courteous, efficient, obviously experienced, and empathetic. He made a difficult and unexpected situation the least stressful. I truly appreciated the fact that he completed the tow in a safe and effective way. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with Kareem from Mayday Towing. After losing an axle on a pothole in a remote area of Quebec. Kareem drove almost 300kms to tow us back. The roads were very challenging and it was a difficult operation but we prevailed thanks to Kareem’s experience and skill. The price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with the service.

I got into a collision 3 weeks ago and May Day Towing showed up on the spot. Nobody called them. They introduced themselves to me and asked if they can help tow our car to the collision center to report for the accident. I was in a complete shock and my husband was on the phone with the insurance company so the conversation was not clear but we ended up let them tow our car to the collision center and then to their property.Right now, after 3 weeks, our insurance company has been trying to contact with them for many times but they either couldn’t be in reach or gave many reasons for not releasing our vehicle. We are very distressed now. Our insurance company might have to take court action and I’m thinking to call the police to report. Please I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This company is a total scam!!! Don’t let them tow your car!!!!!

Amazing team and they made this horrible experience much easier.The person who answered was very friendly and calming and was very kind especially after just being in an accident... The wonderful man who showed up was very fast and was just as kind and understanding as their co-worker. They were knowledgeable and were able to explain and elaborate on the information provided by the Ottawa police service non emergency line.
