Very very poor service. Eric the owner is a scam artist who stole 40,000 dollars from me when I was suposed to buy into the company.he took all my money and inventory and left town and continued to sell online and ignore me all together. Word of advise,don't do business with this guy.

Eric, the shop owner, is my go-to person for buying Traxxas. He is the direct distributor of Traxxas and offering the best possible prices across lower mainland and providing the best customer service you could imagine. When there is a part or battery not working, I don't need to deal with Traxxas, I just call Eric and he will just replace it free if under warranty or with the best cost if not. I have been a returned customer since years ago and I only buy new rcs from Eric. It's so good to have such an amazing LHS that I can always trust and reply on, especially during this difficult time of Covid. Highly recommended!

I sincerely love this place. All reviews are true. I'd give more stars if I had the option. I've been out of this hobby for about 20 years. I'm glad I ran into these guys. I now bring my son and he loves it. Not only is It a great place to play with your toys, but I've met some really nice people. Everyone their is so friendly. The owner is a super great guy. I'm a member and paid a few bucks for a gold one. The reason I did this was because when have you ever seen an awesome race track that all is welcome. Great place to come for the day! Eric gave me a screaming deal on the Traxxas X-maxx for being a member. The place is always updating and evolving to give everyone the best possible experience. I will be coming back very often to play with this new truck, best place Ive been to in a long time! His other members are also a really good group of people to talk and drive RC’s with.

I have always wanted to get a RC and couldn’t decide what to get. I have visited and searched for hobby stores and this one helped me the most. Eric the business owner shared his passion of this hobby. I was quite impressed on how patient he was explaining and helping me decide what to get. Very professional and very kind.
