Live Furnished

I was their past tenant, experience with this company was not good, I also meat with the owner Garry he is a good person. I was living in 340 windermere road. First bad experience- I went all the way to downtown to take the mailbox keys twice as they were not sure which key belong to mail box. Second bad experience- patio was dirty when we shifted in (I have a video to prove it ) but then also we cleaned when we moved out from unit - they deducted money for not properly cleanning. Third bad experience - submitted maintenance request after week of move in not resolved till we moved out. I have pictures of curtains still they said they will change but they didn't. Fifth bad experience - I moved in in the middle of the month they said the want money for 15days I said okay noissues but when we moved out we moved out at 28th day of the month with notice but they deined to give 2 days rent back to us. Also want to add we cleaned everything before moving out but then also they deducted 168 dollars for cleaning. I prepared a video before leaving the unit.I will say they charge 250 dollars for registration and while you move out they will also charge something for cleanning. So instead of renting with them try for airbnb you will save a lot .

Used them for years on new units. As an owner I do not recommend when units r given back to us disgusting. A total remodel is necessary. We have a no pet policy we found 3 dogs in one of our units. Thousand of dollars damage. They did nothing to help us. Stay clear. Try new property managers entering the business.

Rented my last apartment using their agency. Always had trouble reaching out to them for any maintenance issues. We requested living room curtain to be fixed that was broken since before our move and it wasn’t done till 8th month of our lease. Wouldn’t want to deal with them again.

As a property owner I have used Live Furnished to manage my rental. I cannot speak more highly of the people and the company. They are professional, caring and go the extra mile to take care of every small detail. Our tenants were very happy with their communication and timeliness addressing any issues. They made our lives as landlords much easier- highly recommend!

They supply a representative works with you to make important design decisions about preparing a property for rent. I dealt with Erica who is extremely accommodating throughout the set up and rental process. She had great tips and suggestions as to how to decorate and equip my property so that is will attract quality people at marketable rents. I particularly appreciated her ability to work within my budget, finding beautiful furnishings at reasonable prices.

Live furnished overall was pretty good to deal with throughout our tenancy. I liked their online portal system to pay rent and request maintenance issues. They were always pretty quick to fix the issues as well which was great! Jon, the maintenance guy was an excellent worker and so kind. Terry in the office was always very friendly and Chrystal our property manager was extremely kind, always helpful and patient with us. I really appreciated her caring heart and friendliness!

We are very happy with our decision to use Live Furnished as our property management company. Erica has been an amazing resource, answering any questions we have and helping us navigate the process of renting our property to responsible and respectful renters.
