Awful service.I used pc express for pick up yesterday, as i had a ride.All I needed was this one product. I have 5 recipes I should be making today.There was a glitch in THEIR system and because THEIR system made the mistake, I am forced to make another order for delivery, min 35$ after spending $160 yesterday. I DONT HAVE THIS KIND OF MONEY!!!I can't walk, I only get a ride every 2 weeks, if I'm lucky.I get delivery.I don't have the money for the extra order for delivery to get my product.I have received 3 wrong products in the past few months, since I started with pc express. I was also shorted items I paid for, but got a 10$ voucher after making 3 calls for that.I just finished my 3rd call for this item.At the store, they said the product didn't show up on their list and that this has happened a few times in the past. Shouldn't they ask for tech support???The person said when they are out of stock, it doesn't go in their system which is COMPLETELY NOT TRUE.I usually get emails saying they are out of stock or substituting with a different product, which I had even specified I wanted.Now I have to pay for their POS system making a mistake.I will never use my pc express pass again. From Feb til July, I have had 4 or 5 errors.UNACCEPTABLE.If you have pc express and are picking up an order, check your order before you leave.Don't let them package your groceries to avoid these mistakes!I even have a screenshot showing I ordered this product, but this multi billion dollar company won't spare a few dollars to deliver what I want and didn't get.TOTAL RIP OFF!!

This is our family's go-to grocery store. We love the choice of produce and other staples for the home. I believe my partner goes almost daily because of how friendly the staff is. If you need assistance, just ask, and I'm you sure you will enjoy your time shopping!

It was clean.. but the service I received was dreadful. I had a young cashier who didn't want to be at work. She rolled her eye and rushed me through. Didn't say hello. She asked if i needed a bag. I declined politely. I paid . Then she left her till. I felt so rushed that I must have forgotten a very expensive block of cheese. If i received service like that again, i would not go back.

Just wanted to say thank you for having that rainbow pasted or stuck all over the doors welcoming everyone, honoring God's word that he would never completely destroy the world with water again. The rainbow is God's promise to man in the book of Genesis, that He / God, would never do that again. Pm cool would would display His promise like that! God bless you all!

Terribly slow at the cash with only two cashier's working after 10 am on a Tuesday. Never a problem at Chris Independent as no self check outs and normally plenty of cashiers available.. my go to YIG even though I live in the south end..

Disappointed with this place and the manager that came up to me as I am trying to highlight the store in its best light by pictures,.patiently waiting for no one to be in the pictures/clients said no pictures, I said I am writing you a Google reviews with pictures highlighting the store, he said you can't w out owners permission, I said let's go ask him, he said no you have to.leave now. This is the main reason they are getting 0 stars or minimum allowed one star as I do like the store but managers and owners like them, make me never want to go there again.

It's a good-sized store that is a little expensive, but everything is nowadays. They don't sell beer past 8pm they should have a sign I was in there at 7:20pm did my shopping grabbed some beer went to check out past 8pm the cashier of course said I couldn't buy the beer. I just think that they should make the non regular customers aware.

Clean. The aisles are small, and lately prices are quite steep. I stop by on my way home from work if I need anything cause it's on the way. I used to do all my groceries there, but not anymore.

The assortment of food that is available at this location makes it one of the best independents in Sudbury, just their prices are on the higher side compared to other offerings and their produce can be hit and miss depending on when you go.The store has a good layout and the aisles are a good size so shopping is enjoyable here even when it's packed.They also have self checkout at this location so if you only have to grab a few items it's quick.

I wanted to give 4 stars but... I ordered a cake for a milestone birthday. I got the cake an hour before the surprise party and the cake decorating was so disappointing. I mean it would have been good for a child, but definitely not an adult. I brought the cake back. They tried to assist in a new one, but due to time nothing was working and I was in tears. The manager was so professional and handled the situation with compassion and professionalism. I always order my cakes from here so I knew it was a one off, but couldn't contain my disappointment. I want to thank the manager for beubg so understanding. Will continue my business here!
