Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude and doesn't know how to treat people. If you don't want to work then stay home people. Do not ruin other person’s day! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Fast, organized, and efficient. Every staff member I dealt with showed me kindness compassion and patience. It’s not easy what they do here and they try their best to help everyone. If you’re not the type who likes waiting, book an appointment! Or bring things with you while you wait so you can still be productive and be kind to your HCPs they're doing the best they can with a really tough healthcare system. Great job everyone!

Terrible Experience: Crazy Wait, Rude Staff, Poor Communication. Even appointments are not addressed in respectable time, and even worst part is NO chairs to sit and wait. Avoid this Life Labs location!

I came with 3 people I put my husband first as he is diabetic. We ask how long she said ‘LOOK at screen’’that showed 70 min.2hrs and 45 min after they called kids in . I asked how many people in front pls my husband diabetic and I put him ahead of kids so he can eat something . She said you should have booked ahead and we going in order I said I am sorry you are not my husband was here first and you tell me there is 4 people in front of him . Makes no sense and it’s over 3 hrs wait. Why lie and make people gather by door so crowded when they have hrs to wait. And if we knew 3 hrs we come back not safe for diabetics to fast so long.

I hope the health Department sees my review. This place is Horrible? You come to get your blood work done no chairs long lines in the corridor sometimes 3 different lines in a corridor that is 3 feet wide and you have to be turning Sideways to let people pass you. People coughing no distance between each other. Your are been herded like cattle A simple ticketing system could have been implemented.

I usually go here for my blood work, I know they are a buzy location! My husband booked an appointment on line for today, they end up telling him he has no appointment! They gave him a paper, turns out the paper he was given had the correct name, BUT wrong ph. number & email!!What kind of incompetent people are working in this place???? He was not a happy camper when he came home!! They only got 1 star because it wouldn't post with NO stars!

I went there for lactose intolerance test and they did my blood glucose test and last they said m sorry please come next week for lactose test.. totally unprofessional… not recommended.please avoid.

The wait is always crazy there. Arrives at 7:30 opening time and there was 30 people in front of me, have to wait in the hallway no chairs. I left after 5 minutes, by then, another 30 people arrived lining up in the hallway. Avoid this place, there are better Life Labs around Brampton.

Small seating area. Good staff over-all, I have never had a problem here. It is best to book an appointment that walk in. I booked my appointment, got there 15 minutes early and got seen right way. The phlebotomist was really caring and took her time to do the job right.PRO TIP: Book an appointment, you will get seen faster.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTNot only they make you wait for 1 hour minimum, they expect fasting people to stand in line for hours. Not only it’s dangerous but potentially life threatening for some people.Government agencies should crack down on people behind the counter.
