Cool Shop

Came from out of town and wanted to take a look at what the store sells as their isn’t much information online and the lady that was working ended up kicking us out for looking around lol.. and was not friendly about it. They had some cool items but we will not be back for sure.

Great shop! The staff there was being very nice and helpful, although there's some bad reviews about broken vapes" it is completely false

We live just down the street. We went a couple times but never bought anything. Today we went and bought something, finally. The female owner that was there was super friendly and genuine. After purchase we even talked for a bit and I felt like I was chatting with my friend, lol. And what to say about Buddy! lol, he's soooo cute and super calm and friendly! I would go chill there all day just to pet him! ahah!Huge selection, fair prices and it seems to be good quality. I would recommend to go check it out if you are nearby. Make sure that if you notice any defects on any products purchased here you drop everything you're doing to call them and report it right away! :) Lest they suspect you of scamming them for half a bottle of bong cleaner that had a broken seal and cost a whopping 14$.I've loved supporting this local brick & mortar shop for years but I guess the friendly service is nothing but a facade when it comes to providing returns on defected items (Cyclone bong cleaner, a caustic liquid which could have damaged my belongings by leaking everywhere on the way home), even with a valid receipt.

This place is great. I have been a customer for years. The owners are incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about their products. Excellent prices and deals keeps me coming back. Most recommended smoke shop in the greater Montreal area, I just can't say enough great things about this place! Check it out!-Rick-update- About the person complaining they opened a few minutes late....Please understand that the store is staffed by a very nice, married couple who run the place, by themselves, 7 days a week. Personally, I really respect that....they are very dedicated, personally, to running a family owned business. They never take a day off, and work their butts off to provide VERY excellent and personal treatment of EVERY customer who walks through that door, they are very dedicated to top customer service and I, for one, respect their level of commitment. I applaud these owners in showing up and running a shop 7 days a week, by themselves, in order to attend people personally, and always have something nice to say and treat you as if you were their friend for years. They know I have an infant daughter, and every visit they send me away with arms full of candy and treats for her. Running a business, by yourselves, 7 days a week is no small feat. Bought a Titan-1 vaporizer upon her advice at the counter. I asked about the flavor profile of the vape and she said it was good." She then specified that if I break the item it can't be returned. Fair enough. I get my product and the vape has a horrible plastic taste

This shop sold an illegal knife to my 16 year old brother. They sell assisted opening knives, basically switch blades. I went in and the blonde lady (approximately 55-60 years old with lots of botox and surgery) kept asking me if I want ''special stuff'' that was not in public view. I am shocked that this place is open. I wonder what else they sell to minors. Everything in there is also overpriced.

Store + owners are so good and friendly that I drop by even just to walk around and look. It's 50/50 that I buy a product, but it's usually just to say hi to the owners and see how they're doing. Love coming to this place, and will continue coming here for years and years
